We are the same Ella my birthday is just before Christmas & Dh is just after we always focused on the dcs at Chrismas & now dgd so we just get each other a small gift & go away on holiday in February or March somewhere hot as our birthday/Christmas present.

Heading off soon.

Today: oasis zebra skirt, hush Katie fine neck crew cut, black tights, black fly ankle boots
Tonight: black Erin trousers - probably last wear before I sell them -, Jigsaw wine coloured velvet front fine knit jumper, brogues
Tomorrow: Whistles Lola dress, tights, brogues.
Tomorrow night: Marina skirt, raglan tee from last year, probably also having its final outing
Friday: Winona trousers and lacey jumper, leopard Air and Grace trainers.

I have ordred from the sale now.. Wine raglan ( which i tried earlier in year , but sent back as r was really spendig too much). however ws also snta quidco £2.50 extra offer this morning , so that made it down to £18.50 i can do that ..

Also the Scarlett crew jumper in red, I have seem these in JL , but didnt try them on .I have gone for the L , as if i remember correctly they were not that slouchy .. (I may also order the M though as I have Hush friends )

Hush have gone all mean with their Quidco bonuses BTW..
they pay a good rate (6%) on orders over £200 for new customers , right down to a really measly rate (2%) for old customers .. spending under £100 (bah)

Has anyone else tried the Scarlett crew? What did you think about sizing?

Sitting on a train somewhere. Stopped. I have it in grey Laska, from last year. Its an XL and it's on the loose side but not ginormous. This year I bought it in red in a medium, and it didn't suit me at all. I think it's def a jumper to size up in, as it's quite chunky. It also sheds terribly!

Just before I left, postie arrived with the black Hush boatneck from the sale. Shoved it straight into the top of my bag without tyring it on, but now wearing it on freezing train. It's lovely, and the Xl is fine. In fact, don't think it's any bigger than the L that I have the pink one in.

I ordered it in the oatmeal colourway and didnt like it at all. Its quite a structured jumper and not me.Also didnt like the little v bit at the front. It is a bit more fitted at the shoulders and i disliked the fabric which to me was like shrunk wool. It has very little give in it. I returned it without hesitation. I wanted a good plain jumper to wear with skirts etc. If you are getting it, you should size up. Im sure i ordered a medium in it and it was still a neat fitting jumper.

Ok..... seems like getting the l was a good idea then and well it can always go back ! (shedding doesnt sound good..)

No. Its not cheap enough. I suppose i could hem It. I ordered the velvet marina. Its very thick. Also the lina cardi but its an xs.

Just ordered the clarissa skirt in a 12. Ordered it in the black and in a 10 but too tight on tummy/hips. Try the 12. Its beautiful. The velvet marina is nice. Will decide between the two and return the rest.

I put it together but its probably all a bit long. Today i have my pale grey wide jersey top, tape denim skirt ( from the summer) thick tights and hush trainers.

looks good never but tbh wondering if the cardi is a bit small on you? it could be the photo, does it come round a bit more ..?

Im wearing gap jeans and supersoft top.. I really like it , but it does shred fibers a bit on the inside.. only m notice because i was wearing a dark vest under (as I am today ! )

Yes. It is small. Its all they had left. I do like it but it has no pockets.

It has no buttons so would never wear it closed. It does come round a bit more though and the sleeves are fine. Will decide later. Pity the small went oos so quick. I had it in my basket. Though id give the xs a punt.

It's hot here in n'castle. Had to get changed into crop jeans and t shirt.
Have to say I'm sick of swinging between winter and summer wardrobes from day to day now.

Hi I'm looking for advice on Hush and remembered your lovely threads. love your outfit never. I'm 5'4" would the marina be too long for me? I bought the red leopard star jumper and the zebra skirt with the 10% off last time, really like both but think the jumper is rather expensive for what it is but have had lots of wear and compliments for it.

never the cardigan & skirt combo looks lovely, drizzly & grey all day here in London not cold though.
I bought the black lookalikes dm’s from M&S today, bit undecided on them as I’m thinking Im imitating a golf club.

I must admit for the first time, nothing’s really jumped out at me from the sale but it’s good to see photos of some items to make me want to take another look at the Hush website. I am however today in receipt of the new style Me+Em catalogue and need to steer clear of that as almost everything is jumping out of me. However, it’s not cheap and need to remind myself that I’m not 5’ 10 and able to carry off the casual style of their clothes quite so well

@redact. The skirt would be fine on you. I am 5ft 5 nearly 5ft 6 and its a fine length on me so should be fine on you. You can also have it a little higher on the waist as it is elasticated so you can have it lower or higher to suit you.

Hello, can anyone report back on the hush leather leggings? Am v tempted by them but usual hush size is on the close side. Interested in any other views
