So BORED of leopard print

Shops are full of it for A/W. It's so tired looking.

At least it's not just me cakemonger.

Too much can be awful but I did find myself smiling when Caitlin Moran described leopard print as a neutral in How to be a Woman as I thought about my faithful neutral scarf... in leopard print.

It only looks modern if the use is on a garment it hasn't been tried on before or mixed with other prints.

I quite like it sprayed all over prim longish skirts and maxi wrap dresses, or as a shirt tucked into tweed trousers. But I think the mixed print thing can come across as a bit try-hard unless you really know what you're doing with the colour wheel.

I wish I could wear wrap dresses PineapplePower. No bust to fill them out!
