Anti perspirant. Who would have thought?!! Was on holiday last week in Tunisia, the heat and sweat made my inner thighs like razor blades. Rubbed roll-on anti perspirant in desperation. And it bloody worked!!!
Roll on deo might work as well. Though not spray deos for obvious reasons...

And also blueberries and apple juice taste lush in Pimms.

Have been using anti-perspirant this summer and it's fab. No more red, sore thighs.

Great aren't they!! I find the sure anti-perspirant sticks work better than the roll on kind - they're dry, so don't have to wait before getting dressed and they've got a bit of extra slip. The one with the black lid doesn't mark my clothes either, they're the only thing that's kept me going this summer. I did try Rump lotion from lush as well but it was useless as wore off pretty quickly.

I find spray helps too. Not as much as shorts or leggings but still....
