I love the look of them, but will they look vile on a booby, big arsed hourglass?
Any recommendations for trousers that will suit an hourglas with a terrible tummy pouch?
TIA

Try them on and then decide.

Thank you Mike for that ground breaking tip!Grin
I need to order them hence my indecision.

I think they're very forgiving on the tummy, especially ones with a fabric belt that ties at the front.

I'm not an hourglass, but am a pear (so similar shape on the bottom, I guess, and have these ones from Oliver Bonas (https://www.oliverbonas.com/fashion/shape-tie-waist-trouser-57346#selection=size:81970;color:Bluee58) and these ones from Boden (m.boden.co.uk/en-gb/clearance/womens-petite-range/trousers-jeans/t0140/womens-paperbag-crop-trousers).

In case anyone was interested I was in Tesco today and saw a pair, and Mike I tried them on....and they were lovely and indeed very flattering on the tummy.
And a whopping £14.

Can you post a pic of them op?

I thought you were taking the mickey. Grin
At first, thought they wouldn't suit an hourglass but as you have a waist and want to hide a tum they may well do, hence my tip. Glad they suit you.
Another tip from MUM - take a pocket mirror with you when shopping to check the rear view.
I would imagine that they look better with a slim fitting top/t-shirt.

Do you mean the actual Tesco ones Cool? If so, I can't as Tesco aren't doing their clothes online anymore (sadface).
But they were very like [[http://www.boden.co.uk/en-gb/womens-petite-range/trousers-jeans/t0106-nav/womens-navy-melina-paperbag-trousers#nav these]] Boden ones.
I'm going to wear them with Boden Carey top, tucked in.

Very flattering on the arse too MUM, thanks for the tip.
I never had a tummy until after my third child, I lost lots of weight straight after I had him, too quickly really-he fed like a hound, and my stomach sort of,deflated, like a balloon. Its horrible.
