Acne in older skin

I'm in my 40s and have developed spotty skin on my nose and chin over the past couple of months and it's getting me down.

At this stage I don't think it's bad enough to justify going to the doctor, I want to try to tackle it myself.

Can anyone recommend any products? Last time my skin was like this I was about 14 and it was all Oxy 10 and Clearskin, but I think that approach might be a bit harsh!

You need the fantastic skincare thread. I am late 30s, if I don't follow a good skincare roitine, my skin is fairly terrible. Not just my nose & chin, either... but mostly, I'm pretty much spot free & my skin is great.

Oh, thank you so much. I'm off to read it and sort my grotty skin out. Smile

I don't know if it's mentioned on there, but La Roche Posay effaclar range was the solution for me. Admittedly, cutting right back on sugar might have helped too.
