So tempted but just would like it to be subtle, not huge!

Has anyone had them or got any close up before and after pics?!
Good/bad experiences?

I use Kita for Botox - I have 2 areas of azzalure for £99 so it is cheaper

Coconutty89 · 10/07/2018 12:48

I asked the doctor there why it's cheaper and he said it's because he buys In SO much product... that and they don't use just Juvaderm which is expensive in itself

KellyMarieTunstall2 · 10/07/2018 20:10

I had 0.5ml in my lips. I have quite a full mouth anyway but felt my lips had list volume and looked wrinkly after I had a baby and lost weight. It restored them, they look like my younger selfs lips and nobody had noticed.

Blossom4538 · 10/07/2018 20:33

Love to see more pics!

@Coconutty89
how did your jaw and cheek filler go? would love to see pic if possible

Lotsofsausage · 11/07/2018 21:00

It's around £200 upwards for 0.5 ml in south east, by the look of it. I'm tempted. Does it bruise afterwards? Like, can you tell you've had it done by injury/ bruising?

Any how long before you need a top up?

Birdsgottafly · 11/07/2018 23:19

I'm in Liverpool, I pay £250 for 1 ml. That's from a retired Nurse, who has branched into Facial treatments. I'm 51 and my top lip had disappeared. I loved them, but I've not had them topped up because I am mid HIFU and RF.

I'm waiting for my skin to tighten up in that area because I need some filler. When I have my lips done, they make my marionette lines look worse.

esk1mo · 11/07/2018 23:23

i’ve been looking into this, is Juvaderm
the best to get?

its around £180-250 here in Scotland Sad

Birdsgottafly · 11/07/2018 23:24

Lotsofsausage , yes you can tell. First time, I had swelling and bruising, it looked like I'd bit down on my lip for around four days.

If you wear dark lipstick, you could cover it. The swelling is similar to if you had been eating ice-pops.

It does depend on your own healing. I was given a lip mask, to put in the fridge, but I didn't use it.

As for top up, to keep the look, five months.

Sparklefloof · 11/07/2018 23:31

I wouldn't try Kita aesthetics if they send people away looking like this! Confused You get what you pay for IMO. www.facebook.com/kitaaesthetics/photos/a.543085399208533.1073741829.529252597258480/825406574309746/?type=3&theater

If you want natural check out The Consultant clinic. They have an informative instagram page and hold clinics all over the country (and now abroad). This is one example of their work

Oooooo I like this thread. Been thinking about this for a while now.

Onwhitehorses · 11/07/2018 23:36

Bloody hell, some of those Kita aesthetics pictures are awful. One woman in a video looks like she has run into something.

Ollivander84 · 11/07/2018 23:40

My Botox is done by Kita (the one who does mine is an a&e doctor) and I have no complaints, looks very natural and unable to tell I've had it

Farontothemaddingcrowd · 12/07/2018 06:02

You couldn't tell with mine, I bruised v v slightly. I go to a nurse. I used to go to a doctor at the spire, but the nurse I go to is just as good. I've had my cheekbones done too.

lovestuck · 12/07/2018 06:31

Kita is disgraceful.

A young girl ended up in A&E after her lips become infected. He wouldn't even see her for a follow up. So absolutely no duty of care.

Warsaw0912 · 12/07/2018 08:00

Middle is before, right is immediately after 0.5ml, and left is after a couple of months. I was happy with them but perhaps would have liked a bit more!! But not a full ml? I’m tempted to try again. No one noticed by the way. I paid £90 for 0.5ml in the east mids.

This is also about three months later and they look really big Confused don’t know if it’s the angle/ pose/ or what

UmbrellaPlants · 12/07/2018 22:17

I really want to get this done, but am scared! Any other pictures people can share? It’s so hard to know what pictures are real when looking at before and afters online.

Tighnabruaich · 13/07/2018 11:55

I had filler to correct my downward dropping mouth, I always looked sad or disapproving. An injection at each corner lifted it slightly so I now look pleasant! Then I had filler to smooth out the wrinkles above my top lip, i.e. cat's bum. That was fantastic. It lasted about 9 months. I had the local anaesthetic cream to numb, but it did feel quite sharp when the needle went in, a bit 'ouch!!!', but then it goes away almost instantly. I went to a nurse in a clinic. I now need to go back as the cat's bum is encroaching yet again, but personally it's worth it. The only thing I've not had is the volume increased, but I might tentatively get a wee bit of that next time, as when I smile my top lip disappears.

Birdsgottafly · 13/07/2018 12:00

Tighnabruaich, I couldn't live without my resting bitch face, it means everyone leaves me alone Grin. But I could have done with some because the lips caused me to look a bit like a puppet.

I do get my lips done, but I bought a home Radio Frequency Kit, after having them and HIFU's done in a clinic. RF dissolves fillers, if anyone isn't aware of that.

I want Tear Trough Fillers, but i might have to give up RF and I'm having good natural results.

userxx · 13/07/2018 14:02

Jesus that sounds cheap!! Too cheap surely.

itsBritneyBeach · 13/07/2018 14:24

@Warsaw0912 I'm in the east mids! Where did you go? They look amazing

Crunchie14 · 13/07/2018 14:46

Blossom4538 Where in Dorset/Hampshire are you?
I would recommend Shikha at Elegant Aesthetic, she's in Bournemouth. I used to work with her and she really is the loveliest person, can always have a consultation with a few different places and see where you feel most comfortable. x

Mercurial123 · 13/07/2018 14:53

Maybe nobody has commented because they are being polite? You can definitely tell on some of the before and after photos.

Ionlylookatthepictures · 13/07/2018 15:03

Jeez sorry guys but it all looks pretty obvious to me 😬

I’d like some more volume in my lips, to go back to what I had when I was in my teens, but I’ve yet to see a pic of fillers that look natural and don’t change the whole look of your mouth, sorry! Those results on the Facebook link are hideous 🤢
