What are surgeons doing to these girls faces?

Celebrities never talk or properly open up about what surgeries they've had (I don't blame them). I can't work out what they then have had done? I really am unhappy with the way I look and see girls go through transformations like this but don't know what it is I should be looking for.. Does anyone know or can tell what surgeries Kylie Jenner and Megan Barton have had done? I can see the obvious like lips and nose.. But then I'm just truly boggled, how does Megan's face look so different? It can't just be lips and nose...

Lip plump, cheek plump, shaved bone off the jawline to give a delicate feminine look to the face shape

Just take the images to a good plastic surgeon if that is what you want. They will be able to tell you what they have most likely had done.

Lots of it is shit tonnes of makeup. Look at kylies lips closely and you can see where her real lip line is. I've seen pics of her makeup free since her transformation and she looks the same as she did before.

Thank you Colditz, it's the jawline surgery that must be what I keep on being drawn to because it's like the whole shape of their faces seem different. I didn't think of that

Megan has had a full set of tooth veneers which makes her entire mouth area protrude, as well as the obligatory lip fillers.

Fillers. Cheek fillers and possibly alongg the jaw to straighten it, or as pp said maybe shaved jawline, although I would assume that's more Intrusive. Botox to arch the brows and in the forehead to smooth.

But honestly, I think with all these 'treatments' you run the risk of becoming a character from the dolmio adverts - there is a very, very fine line IMO.

Megan doesn’t look that different to me. Yes the nose and lips but the brow, eyes and chin are largely the same. Aside from no glasses and a lot more fake tan & peroxide.

Kylie Jenner, however, looks like she’s had a head transplant. Everything looks different. The width of her jaw, it looks more square (I suspect some sort of chin job). Her eyes, they look more round and ‘open’ (could just be better make up, circling eyes with kohl does tend to make them look piggy). The nose, slimmer, longer and with the ‘snub’ at the end gone. Lips fuller, particularly the top. Not to mention several shades darker in skin tone. Like two different people entirely.

Megan's before nose looked a lot better. The after one looks a bit too 'Michael Jackson'.

With Meg I think it's the teeth that make the difference and the nose obviously. Also lots of make-up.

Kyle is mainly make-up I think. She doesn't look that different really if you can see past her tan and make-up.

I don't think the love island girl looks that different . Those glasses would make anyone look fugly . She has a fake tan and lip fillers as far as I can tell . The nasty fb post going round that they should show the men on the programme her before pic was plain horrible .

just wanted to say OP that I bet you're lovely really and rather than think about what you can change structurally about your face, you could just maximise what you have with a flattering haircut and make up - this kind of extensive surgery leads to madness. I think if you can clearly see that you have a problem area then fair enough but just looking at multiple procedures to tweak your face isn't necessarily the so!ution.

Kylie's chin is considerably shorter in the after pic, that sort of invasive bone work can't be replicated with fillers and make up.

Megan has had a ton of filler in her cheeks, that alone makes the jawline appear narrower in comparison.

Nah, I reckon her chin is the same- she's lost her puppy fat, different camera angle and bigger lips make chin look shorter.

I don’t think she’s unrecognisable in the photo aged 12 tbh. Obviously she’s had work on her nose, lips and teeth but you can still easily see her features and that she’s the same person.

This is what her aesthetician said she has done for her. I think majority is filler changing the shape along with the rhino and veneers

I can count on the fingers of one hand the people whose nose jobs have improved their appearance. Most seem to opt for something ludicrously small and narrow.

Kim Kardashian had hair removal to alter her hairline. I think that has actually been one of the most dramatic changes to her appearance:

I'm not sure Kyle has even had that much done beyond a nose job and really good lip filler. She posts pics without make up and looks much like she did years ago. I think very good eyebrow work and lash extensions go a long way

I can believe what she's saying about not having had work done on her jaw and its mostly being the effect of lip fillers. Also, training herself to hold her head at a more flattering angle, which is a big difference between the two pics in the OP which jumped at me immediately, as someone with quite a big jaw myself. Even in a minute of the video you can see at some angles her jaw does still look as big as in the 'before' pic.

If you look at contouring videos on youtube and compare their face sans make up at the begining and the finished result 😱its so different. Make up can make your nose smaller, cheeks more prominant, lips poutier. But yeah those women also had some surgery. Megan had a nose job too i would esteem.

OP if you’re not happy with your appearance don’t look to some z list celebs and consider surgery, it’s not worth it!

I’m sure you look fine but never underestimate the difference a good haircut and professionally groomed eyebrows and make up can make.

Own deductions but I am a botox nurse and can see the effects of filler from a mile off. It isn't possible to shorten your chin with filler!

Op can you try professional make up first?
