I would have said Topshop in the past but Sainsburys Tu have really surprised me, great fit and bargain prices.

LynetteScavo · 13/06/2018 22:10

Gap

KioraAdora · 13/06/2018 22:11

French Connection rebound jeans are amazing.
(when £40)

Not the ones with zip pockets. (I have both)

Fluffypinkpyjamas · 13/06/2018 22:12

Fatface jeans are lovely. The ones I’ve bought at least.

Ellapaella · 13/06/2018 22:13

I really like Gap jeans. I have the boyfriend jeans, the girlfriends jeans and a slim fit and all of them are perfect. Odd sizing though - definitely need to size down.

Processedpea · 13/06/2018 22:13

Paper & Stitch jeans from TK Maxx. Lovely.

bellsbuss · 13/06/2018 23:01

Holister and I'm 42, so comfy and very flattering

FrangipaniBlue · 13/06/2018 23:07

None, they are Satan's creation (or at least they are for anyone who weight trains, you can have quads or denim, but not both)

(Eagerly watching thread to see if anyone suggests any that I haven't yet tried......)

AnaViaSalamanca · 13/06/2018 23:14

hollieberrie · 13/06/2018 23:17

LesLavandes · 13/06/2018 23:20

J Brand

INeedNewShoes · 13/06/2018 23:23

I recently had a jeans trying on session in John Lewis and was disappointed to find that even the real jeans brands like Levi's have gone cheap, too thin and too stretchy and not even real denim.

Having seen so many glowing reviews on here I trotted off to Sainsbury to find their jeans more like denim coloured leggings with polyester added for good measure.

I'm going to give the Gap no stretch mentioned here a go I think!

ColdFeetAndHotCakes · 13/06/2018 23:32

Used to love Sainsbury's jeans. Haven't worn jeans for a few years. Currently in love with the super high waisted £9 jeans in Primark. Got a black pair for work when our uniform changed and can't get enough of them so went back to buy more colours today for at home. I had to get a size up from normal because they're quite a snug fit, the seem to be sold out in all the colours in the size/length I wanted so other people must be loving them as well!! I don't particularly have a tummy but lots of jeans make me look like I'm spilling out over the top whereas these hold everything in and give me a more flattering figure with my fat ass.

SpeckledyHen · 14/06/2018 05:38

Lots of replies ! Thank you .

I'll have to have a jeans day at the weekend and have a mass try on session . I'm not a label addict and I'm open minded on any brand or price range so should find something .

I hate trying on jeans but having just done bras it should be less embarrassing !

Frangipan what are quads :)

Fran oasis? I weight train & have a big bum& small waist. Oasis Isabella fit me really well

Mominatrix · 14/06/2018 06:06

Depends on the style.

Skinnies - J brand
Boyfriend - Current Elliot
Straight leg - good ol Levis 501s
bootleg - AG

BikeRunSki · 14/06/2018 06:11

Frangipani - I have chunky cyclist legs, and was so delighted with Boden Trafalgar straight legs that I bought 3 pairs.

cuppanow · 14/06/2018 06:16

Nydj - not your daughter's jeans. Second hand on eBay.

niceupthedance · 14/06/2018 06:29

Madewell

ImgoingtoSHABOOMS · 14/06/2018 06:52

Topshop are excellent for jeans. Reasonable price, sizing consistent, fabric good and wide range of styles.

I've got the high waisted straight leg Primark jeans mentioned up thread and they are really flattering. Def go up a size in them though.

ProperLavs · 14/06/2018 07:01

Levis for me, skinnies and 501's. I also like top shop leigh jeans.
