And in what order please!

Just trying to work out what products I maybe should / shouldn't be using / if I'm missing a key part of my 'beauty' regime... (I have no clue!! - advice on mine would also be appreciated, thank you!!)

I'll start:
Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish
No 7 Lift & Luminate Triple Action Serum
Nivea Face Moisturiser
Region Colorstay Foundation
No 7 Mascara
Vaseline Lip Balm
Rimmel Cover Up Stick Concealer (if necessary)

Does your moisturiser contain spf ? I tend to use a separate one on top of mine.

If you’re happy with your routine and your skin why change ?

What sort of skin do you have OP and do you have any concerns about your skin at the moment?

Opheliasgoldenwine · 05/06/2018 14:55

Not the exact same every day but something like:

Kat Von D Primer
MAC Studio Flix Fluid Foundation or Nars Foundation (L'Oréal if on a budget)
Urban Decay All Nighter Concealer
Sometimes set it with GOSH powder but only if I need it to stay on all night
I ❤️ Makeup Highlighter or ABH Aurora glow kit
Collection Brow Powder
Urban Decay Naked 2 Eyeshadow or ABH Soft Glam Palette
Rimmel Glam Eyes Eyeliner or L'Oréal eyeliner
L'Oréal Miss Babydoll Mascara

Lips vary every day. Today I have on Jeffree Star Celebrity Skin, sometimes it's MAC Velvet Teddy or a Rimmel lipliner but a lot of the time I don't bother as I don't have the time to keep touching it up during the day.

happymummy12345 · 05/06/2018 14:57

I wash my face with a flannel. That's it. I never use any moisturiser, or wear any kind of makeup at all.

Opheliasgoldenwine · 05/06/2018 14:57

I think filling in brows makes a huge difference and 'frames your face' in a waySmile

UatuTheWatcher · 05/06/2018 15:03

Wash my face with a soap free body wash and flannel and put Nivea cream on.

Will put sun lotion on as well if needed.

Viola under eye cream

Don’t bother with make up much these days.

RiskIt4Biscuit · 05/06/2018 15:31

I have quite a few highlighters, eye shadows, lipsticks and blushers so I rarely wear the same day after day.

Today:
Cetaphil cleanser (in the shower)
Weleda Calendula face cream (first time using it - usually use SKINeffect Active Day Face Cream, a potential dupe of the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream)
Clinique eye cream (I usually don't bother with eye creams but am trying to use it up).
Mix of Estee Lauder Double Wear and Lancome Teint Idole 24 h foundations. Individually, the colours don't match me, but mixed, it's perfect.
Becca Opal cream highlighter
Bobbi Brown Pot Rouge blusher
Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder
Tromborg Lip Cure lip balm
Lipstick Queen Pawn lipstick worn as a stain/light layer

Not wearing eye makeup and mascara today as I'm planning on swimming later, and I find it difficult to get my contacts in if wearing eye makeup and mascara is a nightmare to remove before swimming as I don't have the remover with me.

hungryhippie · 05/06/2018 15:36

Simple soap and water, nothing else.
If its sunny I might use a mineral sun cream because I have melasma and freckles but other than that, I dont really do anything.

expatinscotland · 05/06/2018 15:38

Wash with charcoal soap and water, Simple moisturiser, that's it.

bigknickersbigknockers · 05/06/2018 15:40

soap and water and off I go

Underparmummy · 05/06/2018 15:41

Simple micellar water
La roche posay cream
La roche posay efflablur BB cream
Tropic blush
Tropic concealer
mascara (whatever is going)
Sometimes a lip

No moisturiser... I know its supposed to be a definite but my skin is calmer without it. I do use an eye cream when I remember.

MrsDilber · 05/06/2018 15:46

Wash with dove soap.
Maybe mascara.

I wash my face a few times in the day, I love it feeling clean. Even moisturiser irritates me, though I do moisturise the rest of my body.

ColinsVeryJolly · 05/06/2018 15:47

I take off yesterday’s make up first with a Tesco make up remover wipe.

Then I use a bit of cheapy Tesco cucumber moisturiser under Boots seventeen B.B. cream and whack on a bit of Rimmel eyeliner, eyeshadow and mascara before I fill in my eyebrows with an eyebrow pencil.

I have great skin despite always sleeping in my make up.

lenalove · 05/06/2018 17:27

Oops posted too soon!

trigger2 I'm generally happy with my skin but have wondered if I should be using a primer before I put on foundation...
And if I should be putting powder on after foundation as I do get a 'shine' sometimes esp on my nose...
And you can still see quite a few fine lines even after I've put foundation on so I imagine I could be ding something different / better!?

Lottapianos my skin is prone to redness, dry patches and the odd spot (!) so does annoy me at times! Sometimes I think I look good then other days (despite the same beauty routine) I think my lines are obvious and I'm not well 'covered'.
Happy with eyes & lips.
Don't really do anything with my eyebrows apart from pluck an odd hair that's gone awry!!
