Which sandals are you getting/already got and can't live without?

Ideally comfy flats!

Birkenstock.
Comfortable and easy to wear.
They go on and on until the sole wears out.

Saltwater. I know they don’t suit everyone as they’re so flat, but I love mine and will wear both pairs until they fall of my feet in despair!

With the birks are the soles comfy? I've always been put off as they seem a bit hard and unforgiving @roderickrules

My birkenstocks, I have 2 pairs one white and one iridescent black snakeskin pair. They mould to your feet so need to be broken in. You also need to make sure they're tight across the instep or they can cause blisters on the soles of your feet. I found this out as I seem to have lost weight on my feet and last year's fitting was to loose. Once I tightened it they were fine

I love my Birkenstocks! I've walked miles in them with no problems. Mine are white Arizonas and they're fab - go with everything, easy to clean and so comfy.

Love that the straps are adjustable too, I made them wider when I was pregnant to fit my fat feet

Try them on in a shop though, don't order them online - they come up bigger than you'd expect.

I have saltwaters which I love but have bought Birkenstock Arizona’s with the soft footbed this year. So when you post this thread next year I can tell you which are best.

Reef flip flops - I have some in tan suedey type stuff with a multi pastel strap. Go with anything and so comfy.

I find I shuffle in birks as the sole isn't that bendy?

I have worn Birkenstock Mayaris for years, dead easy to slip on an run after dc! I also have ginormous feet, so Birkies fit well. I was delighted recently to discover that Saltwater fit me! (Largest size) and am now wearing my red patent pair everywhere.

Good tips about Birks - maybe that's the problem when I've tried them on before @1964

@minipie I think that's the issue I have with Birks - I want to LOVE them as I like how they look but I think I walk a bit funny in them whenever I've tried them on because of the lack of bendyness

Palmairas. Tan coloured. Go with everything, especially denim.

Rose gold Saltwater classics. Also black and white Havaianas for supermarket runs!

I bought these Dune sandals last year got them back out and living in them again, they go with everything and are so comfy. They're on offer now too.

Dune ones are lovely - very saltwater-y but sadly not in my size!

I love my saltwaters. I have shiny purple and shiny red

FitFlops, the classic style, with gold/bronze glitter that's gone green in patches from where I accidentally dropped bleach. They look great though, I just repeated it on the other side so they'd match.

Strawberry does fitflops are they that dark in colour in real life
