Which of these shoes should I keep?

I saw the red & white ones first & liked the colours (it's an off-white) but I don't like the overt branding, also I worry they have too much of a 90s Brit-Pop vibe.
When I went to try them on again I saw the white minimalist Stan Smiths. I like these because the branding is very subtle and they don't have a big tongue (which I think can be unflattering). But are they a bit cliched?
I'd wear them with various shapes of jean & also full-length wide-leg canvas trousers.
For background, I'm a tall-ish, size 12/14 hourglass. I tend to shop at Uniqlo, Toast, Seasalt plus vintage & clothes I make myself. So a mix.
Oh, and there's a 30 quid price difference between these two!

Buster - how do you fasten the laces though?

@wowfudge I think you're supposed to knot them & tuck the remainder inside the shoe, which I always find uncomfortable although I do agree it looks better.

Really? I couldn't be that bothered!

I like both, prefer the red and white though. But then I'm trying to decide whether to press purchase on a pair of classic green flash, so I don't think I share the footwear taste of most on this thread!

Yes, they're very nice. Haven't seen them before.

You go around the top hole twice, from outside to inside, then you cut the hard bit off of the end so it doesn't hurt your feet!
