Well after all my efforts trying to get the portobello in a size 10, I don’t think it does me any favours. The skirt is much softer than it looks on you Dave. It just doesn’t seem to sit right on me, if I pull the elasticTed waist to my hips it gives me a spare tyre on my spare tyre. If I nudge it up towards my waist, the skirt sticks out and the back of the neck gapes. So disappointed. Then again, I look knackered, the lights poor and I’m bloated so I’ll try it on one more time in the daylight.
It’s really creased though, the lining in particular.

Re my review, they emailed again today with an apology but they wont be posting the review as it concerns customer service rather than a product review. Err, bollocks to that! It is a product review. The product was creased and crumpled to buggery.

So I’ve got my facts straight this time. They won’t post negative reviews as surely if anyone posts about quality that’s then classed as ‘customer service’.

I also bought the relaxed floral trousers (midnight) ginger despite my own advice ! . I've been looking at them fora while, but as JL were price matching the offer I took a punt

..also from JL (as I much prefer to do now if I can ) because of Hush's terrible returns /refund turnaround

I love the print Laska but with a jacket and a jumpsuit in the same print I really do think I would be overdoing it! They did look good on Soy though. They are a great price right now.

Dresses today. Nothing worth the bother i reckon . Cherries reckoned the white alanis was fairly transparent.if it was cheap enough (i.e really cheap id buy it and dye it asI am too pale for white anyway)

Yes, I tried the white Alanis on in JL and I knew I'd be uncomfortable in it, you could quite clearly my entire outline - not something I want accidentally on show.

I did also order a pair of floral trousers last night though.

Ginger having had 2 x size 8's and 1 x size 10 of the Portobello dress now, I can say with impunity that the sizes are all over the shop!

The 10 I sent back was more akin to the 8 I received yesterday, and the damaged 8 I received is definitely narrower than the second 8!

Let it hang up for a few hours to let the creases drop out a bit. You do have to fiddle about with it to get it sitting right.

Cherries what size did you go with on the trouser? Ive ordered both the 12 and 14. Post office had both my parcels this morning after all. One of them is the green marissa .will try it on this evening.
Today not wearing any Hush.

I bought the 12, I'd already tried them in JL so I knew that was right, but I hadn't been prepared to pay £45 for them. I'm off to Manchester for a meeting, so I'm wearing my wide leg contrast trim and a plain navy l/s tee from Next. And my jacket from Other Stories!

I reckon the 12 will be ok for me then.

Here's my new Camo jacket. I really like it! It's very comfy and I reckon will go with lots of things.

Not very warm, but for a summer cover-up I think it will be great.

That's really nice @DavetheCat2001 . Looks great. Will be very versatile as well.

And loving the star jeans on you. Mine are starting to feel a tiny bit baggy round the waist, have you found this? I'm wondering if I need a suitable belt for them now. Fine the first time I wear after washing but after a couple of wears they feel a little loose.

Yes re the jeans!!

Mine are really loose and baggy round the waist, and in fact I had started wearing a belt with them, but it looks crap! I washed them yesterday and they seem to have shrunk back a bit, but I fear they will stretch out again. Wishing I'd ordered a size down now as I do really love them as they are so comfy!

It's funny because the Holly cropped jeans which I have in a 10 feel really tight around my middle and leave lines on my skin!

I had that with the holly crop. They seemed to shrink!

Just wanted to let you all know - I rang them today to say I wanted to return the raglan because the stitching was loose under the arms, but I'd already taken the tag off so wanted to check it was okay.

Not only did she say it was but by the time I got back to my PC I had an email from Paypal saying Hush had refunded me £30! So either a random bit of excellent service and I got lucky, or else they've had a long hard think! Hope it's the latter!

Quite thin fabric but skirt is lined.. I wasnt counting on it suiting me...

Oh laska it really suits you. Mine has arrived also as I orded it on Monday after seeing it go out of stock Sunday night but I can't try it on just yet.

Well I caved and ordered the ivy dress today. It allowed me to add a £10 referal credit i had so I got it for £35. I imagine I will hate it and have to send it back as I usually wear quite fitted clothes but I thought it was worth a try

I think I'm going to send the Kerala shirt back. It's pretty, but it's just asking to have something dripped on it the second I put it on. It just feels a bit fragile for my lifestyle. Also thinking maybe the orange panel dress should go back. I love the blue one and want to keep that and the black Alanis, but not convinced I really need three maxi dresses.
