feel like i'm at a bit of a loose end now as i sit here before starting dinner. desperate to grab/clear browser/grab/clear browser .

Went into JM today to try out all the scents that I’d bought/won as freebies. By some miracle the one that smells best on me by a long way is EO&R, which is great as I’ve hopefully got 2x 100ml coming!
I found Pom Noir was a bit old for me, but a lovely smell.
EO&H is lovely but to me a bit masculine.
I had high hopes for Earl Grey and Cucumber when I smelled the tester ribbon but it reacted horribly with my skin and smelled like service station loos!
Luckily my orders are in such a way that I can send back all the things I don’t like together (EOH freebies came with Pom Noir and EG&C purchases).
So hopefully (not dispatched yet) I’ll keep the EOR colognes, the 154 as a present for DH and the blackberry & bay candle. Can’t wait to receive them now!

Haha it’s a bit of a relief that the temptation isn’t there. Glad you like EOR hetty. I nearly ordered earl grey but decided against its as the reviews were a bit hit or miss. I think its one you need to try before buying. I have 2 new scents coming that I think I need to try before opening but not sure I can wait as there’s no shop near me! Mine should arrive tomorrow so excited.

That’s interesting Hetty I’m planning to give the EO&H to dh - I was hoping it would smell more masculine than the EO&R, which I won in the last promo and love.

I’m even more ridiculously excited for Christmas now I’ve bought JM for everyone!

EO&H is definitely more masculine than EO&R. It doesn’t have any of the florals and is much woodier.
I really liked the EO&H as a men’s scent. It’s quite subtle but very nice.

Is anybody interested in buying any unwanted JM stuff or swapping like we did on the last thread? If ok I will start

Pom Noir has grown on me throughout the day. And it has amazing staying power - I can still smell it on my skin after 12 hours!
EOR faded very quickly (within 2-3 hours) and Earl Grey and EOH didn’t last much longer.

Does anyone want a used twice earl grey and cucumber cologne? It's 30ml

my wednesday order arrived (orders made Tuesday and thurs are still in warehouse):
P Noir body and hand lotion
Pear and Freesia soap bar
Freebie EO and Hazelnut cologne. Its not very long lasting on me but so lovely and fresh and different. Very deep green and mossy i think. i wont be giving it to DH, definitely a keeper for me. probably wouldnt have bought it but lovely to try.

Still cant believe i've spent £150 that i had no previous intention of doing before!

Am still trying to work out where I went wrong. Must have grabbed 150-200 times and all I got offered was handwash or shower gel.

How do you end up with multiple 100ml's and beautiful candles.

I clearly need to read and learn.

Yay mine finally arrived. Im too scared to spray mimosa and cardamom incase I don’t like it, form sniffing the top it’s smelling a bit powdery and overly floral for me. I guess you can’t really judge from that though?!

Also probably silly to try new scents when I’m pregnant and have had major aversion to certain smells!

Ordered mine at 12 on the 22nd and it’s not been dispatched, know I’m being impatient but... I want it 😛

Ordered Thursday and arrived today. The delivery chap said he had already delivered 8 similar packages this morning. You lot have been busy.

I’ve had one of my two Wednesday orders arrive and an email to say the other has been dispatched, but nothing regarding my Thursday orders. I hope they haven’t failed to go through as they’re the ones I want to keep!

Has anyone got 2 or more orders delivered?

I'm unduly worried that my gaggle of gifts won't go through, as only one dispatched email (though I'm sure they are busy!)

I’ve only had 2 of my orders so far, the ones that I ordered on the first day. I don’t think the other one has even been processed yet.

Just had a quick look on eBay and there are loads of 100ml EO&R for sale.

Think I might save some to eBay nearer Christmas
