Now that weather is warming up and I've put my boots away any suggestions for heels for going out??? My legs are quite stumpy so need something to give height and also elongate legs but want to be able to walk comfortably !!! Any suggestions please???

I've got the same probably and as much as I love the look of heals I find them so uncomfortable, they make me walk like a man in drag.
I like these, they look good and apparently are very comfortable!

These shoes give you height and are incredibly comfortable.
Most MNs don't like them do (I do)

Moving out I like look of those shoes but ankle strap doesn't suit me...cankles!! Magnifying....think they are nice but maybe look little heavy for Summer...

I like these. I have a pair with a similar heel and they are really comfortable

HeyDolly · 21/04/2018 12:43

I have these and they’re comfy. I have the tan but loads of diff colours on their website.

And office maiden wedges are lovely and comfy too if you want something a bit lower

I've just started a thread about some!

Those Geox ones are lovely.

specialsubject · 21/04/2018 20:10

Standing on tiptoe with comedy blocks strapped to your feet will make you waddle like a pregnant duck however much you pay. Heels are never elegant.

Elocampane · 21/04/2018 20:34

@specialsubject not according to my podiatrist...

Scabetty · 21/04/2018 22:28

Heels give me a much better posture.

val4 · 21/04/2018 22:36

Thanks so much for all your suggestions. Making my way through all links...😁

These are really easy to walk in and go with anything.

I like the Gabor ones. I've already bought a pair of shoes someone mentioned on a thread today. This is dangerous territory

CrazyOldBagLady · 22/04/2018 12:13

Watching with interest. Loving the Palmaira and Gabor sandals. Never heard of these brands but they look lovely.

MorningsEleven · 22/04/2018 12:35

Gabor are brilliant, very comfy breathable soles.

Madbengalmum · 22/04/2018 12:38

Google Office Holiday Wedges, amazingly comfortable and not ugly!

MiserablePissWeasel · 22/04/2018 12:54

Are the Palmairas true to size? Ok for very narrow feet? I love them but at £20 shipping to US want to make sure they fit!!

HeyDolly · 22/04/2018 13:17

They advise sizing down for the flat palmairas but not for the wedges. I sized down for the wedges and they just about fit length wise - I could have got my normal size. Fine for narrow feet imo - I think wide feet would probably struggle.

HeyDolly · 22/04/2018 13:19

Check the sizing guide on their website

Scabetty · 22/04/2018 13:19

From what I’ve read about Palmeira’s you should get usual size. At first they seem snug but will stretch. Some people say they are tight at the toe so guess better for a thin foot. I don’t actually have a pair though Blush

MiserablePissWeasel · 22/04/2018 13:57

Thanks all!

heartshapedpositnotes · 22/04/2018 21:57

Bought these a couple of weeks ago and they're like walking on a pillow, even on an hour commute. And got lots of compliments.
