Have just watched a live Trinny video with the owner of Victoria Health. It was all about the menopause. It ended with me dropping >£100 on supplements 😬 One for mood and anxiety, one for hot flushes, one for sleep, one for thinning hair and one for skin. I hate taking tablets but I'm going to force myself to take these. I need a kick up the bum and some help in feeling better about me/menopause symptoms/life in general. Fingers crossed hey! Will report back in a couple of weeks.
