I LOVE them, but my three go-to people (gf, best friend & sister) all hate them. Is my judgement seriously warped?! I’m thinking with jeans or wide legged black trousers...

They don't look cheap in real life and are lined with lovely tan leather.

I wore them yesterday with a grey suede mini, black Wolford tights and a silk knit poloneck, it was a good look.

They also look great with bare feet and rolled up straight leg jeans.

There's comfortable and then there's orthopedic though. They're a bit on the orthopedic side.

I have them in navy from last year. So comfy.

OP here! Interestingly, a lot of the comments about why people don’t like them are the reason I really do - I know they look defiantly comfortable and that sounds perfect to me. I’m into stylish comfort, and I think they fit the bill. Thanks!

Yes my navy ones are very comfy, although rather heavy?

I like big shoes and I cannot lie...

Dinosaursdontgrowontrees · 18/02/2018 13:22

They are nice but I definitely wouldn't spent over a hundred pounds on them. Shock

lovetheway · 18/02/2018 15:09

Beautiful beautiful shoes Star

BusterGonad · 18/02/2018 16:01

They most definitely look comfortable and if that's your thing then go for it. The world would be a boring place if we all dressed the same.

MaryPoppinsStoleMyHandbag · 18/02/2018 16:03

I like them Smile

Madbengalmum · 18/02/2018 16:04

Yuck!

UnmitigatedBollocks · 18/02/2018 16:07

Ugh.

Motoko · 19/02/2018 02:59

I wouldn't call them stylish. Ugly, yes, but stylish, no.

The phrase 'brother creepers' leapt into my mind.
Did you mean "Brothel Creepers"? The shoes that Teddy Boys used to wear, with the thick soles? Yeah, I can see the resemblance. I never liked those either!

It's a no from me
