What did you wear today?

Not had one of these for a while, and I'm feeling nosey and need new ideas.
Today I wore:
Black cord A-line mini-ish skirt - Whistles
Berry slightly short sweater - Toast
Black opaque tights- Hush

Black block heeled suede ankle boots - Whistles
Khaki wrap around coat with belt - Whistles
Khaki (or olive) cross-body bag - Allsaints.

Today I wore:
Black v- neck T-shirt dress
Faux leather over the knee platform heel boots
Baby pink faux suede aviator coat
Baby pink Ted Baker bag
All from Missguided except for the bag obvs.

Since having DS 3 years ago and quitting my office job to take a chef job, I very rarely wear anything other than jeggings and top with trainers or Chef Whites.
Today however I had a day off and had DS in nursery, so made a bit of an effort with my new clothes, to meet a friend for lunch

Fridays are more casual at work (although considering some people wear jeans all the time that's hard to imagine) so today I had on:

Burgundy silk drapped wrap top from Boden (couple of years old but very like the ones Hush sell every year). This originally started as a dressy top for going out but I never go out so decided to wear it to work. Think I need burgundy leather leggings to go with it though.

Today was a day for layering so I wore

with a monochrome black and grey coast top
Black whistles cardi
Black AG skinny jeans
Wool socks
All saints wool lined military type boots.
Super warm very long jigsaw wool scarf

Blimey. I'm wearing some faded black skinny Amber jeans (the only ones short enough for me), mismatched socks from god knows where, Sainsburys pants, an old Yours black studded longline top and a decent Flirtelle bra. All jauntily accessorised with dog hair and a slightly dodgy looking bun. If I go out I'll either put on Puma's or some fur trimmed Rocket Dog ankle boots.

Most expensive thing I'm wearing is probably my bio sculpture gel nails, and they've all got to come off for my operation on Tuesday.
