If you were going to get one expensive treatment

What would it be? Botox, laser hair removal, teeth whitening etc? What would really make you look and feel better and be good value for money?

I was just wondering this while at a clinic today after looking at the price of permanent hair removal for the bikini area and decided i'd rather get something you can see IYKWIM

Lillinoo.don't bother with a threadlift it's a waste of money.I know someone who had one and they are not worth the money.and make very little difference .a!so don't last long
