Leave in conditioner for wavy hair

I've recently decided to stop straightening my natural waves and embrace them instead!

I have scalp psoriasis, so I have to use Vosene shampoo or else I'll itch and scab but can use any conditioner. What I'm really looking for is a leave in conditioner to give my hair moisture. But I've no idea what to use!

Spent 20 minutes staring at all the products in Boots and left with nothing. Anyone have recommendations?

How was your hair and cut OP? I Tried the Curly Girl method on Monday wow! I used Cantu conditioner in shower, left a tiny bit in, then used Jelly (CG friendly that I already had in), I only plopped for 20 mins as pushed for time and my hair still looks ok and is fairly soft and curly today Wed. How often do you co wash and when do you deep condition or cleanse etc.
