DP and I are off to the Caribbean for a fortnight soon. Grin I'm already thinking about what I'll be packing. Looking up tips online, many say they only pack 2 pairs of shoes. Really? Do you manage with so few? Does anyone have any good packing tips they would like to share? TIA.

Happy even I wouldn't have ventured into Rhodes old town in heels, I was bad enough walking through there with flip flops on ha ha. TBH I've worn heels for that many years my back gets sore I wear flats for too long.

Absolutely no way I'd take heels on holiday, but that's because I don't wear heels unless it's a special occasion (dressy event or important work thing where I want to be extra smart)

And even for the latter that's usually slinging on my heeled Acne Pistols boots, which are just about tolerable for the occasional dress-up day. 99% of my life is in flats, holiday is most definitely no different. Mad props to heel wearers, I definitely couldn't do it!

Last year I lugged umpteen pairs of shoes with me on holiday..because I "needed" a different colour of shoes for all my outfits..I wore the same 3 pairs the entire time and was very cross with.use of..this year I am taking sandals for a dress, sandals for walking, pair of crocs for the beach and I will wear slip on trainers to travel. More than enough.
