Ideal weight from ww is around 10st . So I know I have a way to go.

What is it today? So many threads asking people's weight after saying how tall they are.

I'm about 10st 10 and size 12. I need to lose about a stone to feel slim (about 9.7) as i carry all my weight around my middle.

9 stone size 8 mostly

I've just gone from 14st 6lb down to see the number 13 for the first time in over 10 years. I'm hoping it's the start of a trend ....

I wouldn;t recommend the method though. Flu, then a hacking cough, with no appetite for weeks. Then diagnosed hypothyroidism, and not eating before/after tablets has decreased my snacking time!

13st? Wear size 16, I'm actually happy with how I look. Occasionally I look in the mirror and wish I had narrower hips and thighs and toned arms but I suspect if I did I'd find another flaw to focus on instead.

Well, I was 16 stone at one time but I didn't call it rolypoly, I called it obese. And so did the doctor.

I now hover between 10 1/2 and 11, which is very comfortable for me even though it's outside "Normal" BMI.

It's achievable, OP.

12st 7 and wear a size 14. I'm an hourglass shape. I need to lose at least 2.5st though!

Normal I think. Not skinny have a bum and boobs (34 D) small bones though.

My Weight can fluctuate. It's not about height/weight.

I'm 5'4 and weigh 55kg. Not sure what that is in stones. Maybe 9ish?
Apart from pregnancy and one health-related incident that piled weight on (interestingly an over-active thyroid that made me starving so I ate and ate - the doctor told me I was a rare case of someone who put weight on rather than lose it), I've always hovered around this weight give or take a couple of kilos.

8 1/2 stone. I think that's ok but I'd be happier if I was 8.

I'm about 8 1/2 stone give or take a few lbs up and down. Feel comfortable at 8 stone 2 which I have been most of my adult life but can't get there these days.

58kg, so just over nine stone and still have to shift the last of the baby weight

10 stone. Was a stone and a half heavier, a year ago. Could do to lose another half, as much to take the strain off my feet and knees as aesthetics.
