5ft 4in, what weight are you

Ideal weight from ww is around 10st . So I know I have a way to go.

10st 7 - 8 at the mo. Just started buying size 10 instead of 12 - usually always fits. Aiming for 10st.

Under 9 stone, I don't weigh myself so unsure but I'm a size 8 and just feel how my clothes fit. They are currently too big. I think probably 8.5 stone.

About 55 kgs. Size 8-10. Would like to be 52 kgs.

5ft 4. About 15 stone but I have come back from 3 nights holiday and ate well!!!

5'3.5" - that extra half inch is important
7st 5lbs as of last week.

Around 10st now but was more comfortable at the 8 and a half st I maintained for many years.

Worked hard to get to this from 12st 4lb and size 16.

10st 10lb which is 10lb heavier than I want to be - however I lost four stones in 2015 and kept it off last year so am pretty chuffed at still being a size 12.

5'3" - a little over 9 stone, size 8-10. Ideal weight is a little over 8 stone, size 6-8. I have small bones.

69 kg - ideally would be around 66...

5.5, just under 9 stone and size 8-10.

When you read this, it just shows how different everyone is. For a similar height there is a vast range.

Im not in UK so think our clothes sizes are different, but I am 47kg and 5.5.

Op I've lost 13 pound since Jan with slimming world, so I'm 10 stone now. My target is 9, but ill see how i feel at 9.5.

I'm 5 ft 2. weigh just over 7st. had severe mental&health issues this last year my lowest was 6.2 st, slowly coming back up..
but usually since my teens I've always been 8 to 9 st.

I am a bit short in the body though so spare tyres tend to congregate there

I'm 9st 11 and nudging size 12 (defo on my bottom half!) feel fat and much flabbier than a year ago, I'm 48 does that make a difference? By losing 8-9lbs I know I'll look slim.

5"5" 59kg (9st 3)though i would prefer to be 57 (8'12) was 54kg (8 6) at my slimest.

Weight between 10 12 and 11 2 so about 10 - 12 lbs over weight. Am usually between a 12 and a 14, closer to 14. Hourglass shape.

2 years ago I was 15 stone so being where I am now is a huge achievement for me. Ideally I'd settle at 10 stone but that's just not happening and I figure better to be a stone overweight, fit and happy than 4 stone over and not (obvs not saying you can't be fit/happy but I wasn't).

5ft 4 and fluctuate between 10 stone to 10.7 stone which is a size 12 to 14.
I have small waist and medium busy but very curvy thighs and bum.
Always a 12 on top.

A double chin starts showing if I put on any more.

As quite a hefty person, I am finding the weight loss stories inspirational.
Lots of people seem to be around ten stone, I wonder if that's a true reflection of the average weight at this height?

9.11 currently. I aim for 9.7, at 9 stone I am gaunt as I have big boobs. I try (& mostly succeed) not to go over 10 stone

5'4", 10.6, size 12 but I've been 9st and still a 12. I'm quite curvy.

I've lost over a stone since New Year and ideally would like to get down to 9st again.

See...this is why I don't understand weights and heights...I'm 5ft1 and 16 stone... I know, it's huge and I'm working on it...but I'm a 16/18 bottom and an 18 top.

Some people are saying they are almost 6 stone less, a couple of inches taller but are wearing a 14?! Where are you buying clothes? I'm not buying in the generous sized places either...

It's all about body shape. I'm the same as my friend, but hourglass figure and bigger arms and boobs. Same height and weight, but she's a six and I'm an eight to ten. 8'11.

I'm 7 months pregnant and 66kgs.

I was 57kgs pre pregnancy (this was my biggest)

My happy weight is 50kgs. That's the weight I was when I was very fit.
