Is this too short for a 47 year old? Please be brutally honest!

I don't like anything on the short side with bare legs, personally, regardless of age, but with the opaques it looks great .

40 is so young for a no skirt above the knee rule. I find that quite depressing as someone who will be 40 in not so long.
