Just that. Unfortunately have quite discoloured teeth and am keen to try an over the counter product if the results are any good...

Oil pulling with Coconut oil works wonders!

Can you explain what you do please? My coconut oil is solid - is that ok?

skinnyamericano · 05/03/2017 09:22

Ok, just found a good article - do you do this every day?

You just pop a spoonful in your mouth, it will them melt and you just swirl it around like mouthwash for 15-20 minutes, it's a bit of a drag but I do it whilst watching tv, ironing etc. I do it a few times a week!

The products you buy over the counter in the UK will work just as well as that. Pay a dentist.

Or buy the unregulated yank stuff online. You will probably still end up paying a dentist if you do that.

Thanks Special, I think that dentist might be the way forward. Don't particularly want throw good money after bad if the otc stuff isn't that effective.
