I am looking for every day casual boots but need the height. What do you think of these?

I'm 5 foot and hardly ever wear heels , never in the day . It's actually ok to be short🙄🙄 . Embrace it !

I can find the vagabond Grace ankle Chelsea boot in plain black leather or black suede in a 5 but not mock croc. Is it specifically the mock croc you were wanting?

No not really, I think I also prefer the plain leather. I have too much suede as it is and the moc croc is not really that casual is it

imjessie I agree!! It's just that I am a little overweight at the moment, no more than 1 stone, and outfits only look good once I put some heels on. Once I lose the extra weight I'm carrying, any day now, I'll totally embrace my shortness!

Here they are in a 5 in plain leather. They're the nicest you've posted so far imo and no longer 90s territory

those look like they weigh a ton and are bound to produce the model stagger. Not a good look, sorry.

I was looking on shoeaholics for myself and saw these. Not my style at all but might be what you're looking for and cheaper than the vagabonds.

They are a bit 90s again though the vagabonds are nicer

I've got a pair of these Graceland heeled Chelsea boots £25 from Deichmann and I love them, they are very comfy and go brilliantly with skinnies and also skirts/tights. Looks like they've only got one size left stock in the suede, but they've got a few different colours/finishes.

I bought a similar looking pair for £99 from kurt Geiger, but they looked really plasticky and the stitching was wonky on the back, looked v cheap. I took them back to Debenhams and popped in to deichmann on way back and saw those at 1/4 price. Glad I did.
