Talk to me about metallic Converse (or Superga?)

I like the look of some of the rose gold Converse I've seen around but when I google, the ones I find available to buy all look very metallic and shiny. Does anyone have them and what colour and the most subtle/neutral, or is that totally not the point of metallic Converse?!

I love my grey canvas Superga but the metallic ones look a bit weird. Are here any others I've missed?

I bought some Vagabond Chloe trainers in silver from the Office website, nice but very stuff and low at the back, feel like they are slipping off. Ive ordered some Superga in rose gold from the Superga website for £30. I usually wear vans so will be interested to see what these are like. The Vagabonds will have to go back.

Oh I've got the leather ones I think? Took them on their first outing today to the doctors surgery for a smear test. Didn't get any compliments but the nurse was obviously just jealous of me

On the Superga website go on the outlet option in the menu they still have gold, rose gold and silver. They are higher cut than the plimsolly ones but not quite a high top. Still £30.

I really like the bronze ones will have to wait till.payday though they are £55.

I think I've decided to keep the Supergas...I love the Converse (and I reckon they're more padded than Converse were back in the day) but I think the Superga just look a bit more modern (at the risk of sounding like my mum...)

They are great I wore mine today much more comfortable then my converse.
