How often do you wash your hair?

Apologies if there's already a thread about this previously but I'm intrigued to find out how often others wash their hair?!

I used to wash mine at least once a day, sometimes twice! But have trained my hair now to every 3-4 days. I do have a shower every single day though!

BusterGonad I'm the same, thick, curly and dry. I do use sls twice a week, or if I co-wash every other day. Atm I am growing out the colour so feel I need to make sure my hair is washed or styled more, so it at least looks in good condition. No dry shampoo here, more like coconut or almond oil.

Greaser here, so every other day, and a good squirt of dry shampoo needed on the day it's not freshly washed.

Question to those who wash much less often - does your hair not go weird after exercise? I HAVE to wash mine after a run as the sweat makes it really horrible .
