M&s beauty calendar

So I want the fabled beauty calendar but I can't find anything to buy on the m&s website.

I need...
New ankle boots
A LBD
Dressy tops for evenings out.
But there is nothing I even want to try on!

I have 3 children aged 1-6 but can only find new socks for them.

What can I buy? Confused

I have been wanting to try this oil for ages, so finally I can! No idea how I will manage to spray it as there is no spray nozzle on it.

Pengweng · 14/12/2016 08:29

I got a burts bees lipbalm! I have a feeling DTs may have been playing with the boxes though.

AmethystMoon · 14/12/2016 09:04

Love Nuxe and a good size too, Xmas Smile

CaoNiMerrilyOnHigh · 14/12/2016 11:23

Belli my cats like the paper too! They stand expectantly beside the advent calendar each morning Xmas Grin

I cracked the lid on my oil opening it to have a sniff. Will have to be careful with it, don't want to knock it over and lose the lot.

Have a nice pile of green tissue paper which will be reused somewhere.

Love today's! It's a great product and a really good size! I've had a tiny one before in a m and S beauty box and that lasted well. I've just been using it as a moisturiser but it sounds likes it's good for all sorts!

Sparkletastic · 14/12/2016 13:13

Massive fan of this Nuxe oil already and this is perfect packing size for our Christmas week in the sun. I use it on legs and arms rather than hair or face as I want glossy limbs and don't need any hint of grease on hair / face as nature provides enough in those locations Wink

OverScentedFanjo · 14/12/2016 13:56

It smells amazing!

Needastrongone · 14/12/2016 15:46

This is a fabulous product which I already have and am pleased to have more of the same! I use it as a body moisturiser once a week, instead of my usual body lotion. It can be used in your hair as a serum, face, cuticles. Anything really. It's wonderful.

I might have the Nuxe 10 days of Christmas calendar to open on the 25th....

Huge fan of this brand.

alotlikeChristmas16 · 14/12/2016 15:53

another use for the green tissue paper is any crafts involving a Christmas tree/leaves etc.

happychristmasbum · 14/12/2016 17:46

I don't usually use oils as I am prone to oily skin and hair. I might use it on my knees and elbows though - would that be a proper use of it?

CointreauVersial · 14/12/2016 18:26

The Nuxe oil is fabulous stuff - I use it on my scaly limbs in the summer, add a drop to my moisturiser in the winter, and rub a few drops through the ends of my hair when I wash it (it doesn't go greasy - my hair soaks it up). Dillite2 - you don't need a spray.

If anyone loves the smell, they do a fragrance in the same range - it's gorgeous.

(can you tell, it's my favourite product so far? Grin)

OverScentedFanjo · 14/12/2016 18:27

I have a massive thing growing on my jaw. It's a blind spot of some sort. I never get spots. I'm blaming the liquid gold I used last night.

Tessticklesyourfancy · 14/12/2016 18:40

Nails inc polish update. It had chipped after 14 hours and I'd been, sat on the sofa for two hours and in bed for eight Xmas Hmm still like the colour though. I'm looking forward to trying the oil today

Bubbinsmakesthree · 14/12/2016 18:46

Top tip for the Nuxe oil fans: M&S currently have 30% off Nuxe gift sets which includes this one which has a full size bottle of the oil + some suncream for £19.60 (the oil on its own should be £28):

gaggiagirl · 14/12/2016 19:07

Out of interest, how does one pronounce Nuxe? Is it Nooks??? Nucks??? Nooze????

Bubbinsmakesthree · 14/12/2016 19:10

I was wondering that today as I was in M&S looking for it, hoping I found I think before an assistant asked me what I was looking for! Xmas Blush

Sparkletastic · 14/12/2016 19:48

Nooks

Howaboutthisone · 14/12/2016 22:01

Overscented- same here! I can't call it a spot as it's more like an oil that's trying to erupt!

Howaboutthisone · 14/12/2016 22:01

Boil not oil

VivaVegas · 14/12/2016 23:10

Have been lurking but living the calendar, so glad I bought it.
Sadly I too have a huge boil like spot on my chin - bit of a coincidence! Need it gone by Saturday.

gaggiagirl · 15/12/2016 02:59

Thanks sparkle nooks it is!

I'm so happy with the hair oil. Don't know what it is about it that makes my hair look swishy and groomed and not in the least bit oily.

CaoNiMerrilyOnHigh · 15/12/2016 06:49

I'm really impressed with today's. I'd been hoping for a lip product, and this one does not disappoint!

RedNailsAndRedDress · 15/12/2016 07:02

Love today's! Lid was bloody hard to get off though. Pull don't twist!

MoonlightMedicine · 15/12/2016 07:11

I'm gutted. I've woken up with 3 spots. Jaw, cheek and forehead. I never get spots there, and they're strange ones too. Quite big. I don't know what's causing them, I've been so thrilled with my complexion since using the new stuff.
