I don't like very flowery scents - they always smell funny on me, but those 3 are expensive, but last for ages.

Samsara by Guerlain

DelicatePreciousThing1 · 28/07/2016 20:08

Guerlain's Aqua Allegoria Pamplelune is just gorgeous.

"Pamplelune: sparkling and alive, flowing from its generous and tender sun-drenched flesh like an exotic juice - freshly pressed and chilled before it melts in a delicious blend of patchouli and vanilla. Tangy, sparkling, bright, mischievous."

Going on holiday to Vienna tomorrow and hoping to get this one at Duty Free:

Guerlain Aqua Allegoria Mandarine Basilic 75ml Eau De Toilette

Zingy and fresh. Yummmmm

I switched from Chanel to J'adore. It's really fresh.

Judydreamsofhorses · 28/07/2016 21:46

I have loads, but my real favourites that I always re-buy are Chanel 19 and Miller Harris L'Air de Rien. Currently I am wearing Heeley Sel Marin and Estée Lauder Bronze Goddess a lot while it's warm.

Love Potion no 9 by Penhaligon

VenusRising · 29/07/2016 00:43

I love that loccitaine green tea one also Footle I stocked up at the last sale, but they've stopped making it now.

I also like the Jo Malone earl grey tea and cucumber, and Elizabeth Arden green tea exotic.

I like The green Chanel chance.

I have oily skin so like light lemon and tea smells in summer.

I like darker more ambery scents in autumn.
Clinique aromatics in white has a lovely musky dry down, and loccitaine arlesienne, which is a rose, saffron and violet surprise. I like the loccitaine scent Cade also, it's a masculine, but is nutmeg and aromatically dark, without being a smoky, leathery vanilla bomb, or animalistic.

I like Jo Malone pomegranate noir for winter. It lasts on me very well and smells Christmassy.

I like the new J'adore edp also.
I had to change all my scents after having pregnancies.
I used to wear Nina Ricci lair du temps, Chanel 5 and the green Sisley one. They all smell over bearing now, and I've realised I hate the overpowering smell of Freesia.

Isn't it funny how different smells appeal after having kids, and old familiar ones fall out of favour.
