Occasionally I get weird aberrations of judgment about shoes - which can't be excused just because they are comfortable, which I do need them to be. And I need to be told to forget it!

These have nearly sold out and are described as 'ridiculously pretty' by the makers. But I suspect they are actually frumpy/tacky. Anyone want to tell me they aren't?

I think the are rather nice as long as the context is not too smart.

They seem expensive considering the patent leather will probably get quite scratched, the white sides dirty, and they can't be re-heeled.
But if you love them, they are pretty and look extremely comfortable.

Um. Are they plastic? Personally I think they're a bit grim, but if you like them go for it! I'm sure I wear stuff all the time that most people would loathe.

I think without the flowers they could be a smartish, comfy alternative to trainers. Just looked at the other versions and the non embellished canvas and suede ones are really quite nice, so yeah the flowers make them a bit tacky

Well I looked and I don't know what I was expecting but they weren't as hideous as I expected... just a bit twee I suppose.

However I don't trust anything that's described as ridiculously/ludicrously/hilariously etc. whatever.

The flowers are horrible I think (sorry). They make them look a bit cheap and frumpy.

I've got 4 pairs of the plain ballerinas in different colours, they are super comfy. Not keen on the flowers though

Oh, I only like them from top down (I do like them if they were just flat). Side on view though, they're funny/weird. Reminds me more of little girls shoes with the thick rubber soles. Sorry.

I quite like them but £75 for plastic shoes is ridiculous
