What colour Lily?

Logically the whistles bag (although I can't get to it through that link I know the one you mean) as it is so much cheaper and you can buy two etc....

But my heart is with the mulberry if you can afford...

That first link doesn't work for me. I'm not keen on the chain strap of the mulberry one (sorry if the whistles bag has one too!).

I just bought a whistles one yesterday after much deliberation. For £150 you can't get much better quality

I have whistles bags and I love them, this is for a significant celebration and I know it sounds very materialistic but mulberry bags give me so much pleasure!

It is a massive amount of money on a teeny tiny bag, is it a 'classic' though, like the Bayswater? I don't want it to become old hat. I won't be buying another one in a looooooong time!

I googled the style name and again wasn't keen on the chain strap so I'm not sure I'm the best to comment! £350 vs £76... I'd go for the whistles one.

The tan mini lily is tiny. I bought and returned it for the next size up as it could just fit a small purse and keys but not my phone.

I can see both.

Both nice, but the fastenings on the Mulberry and the colour choice give it the edge. Plus it's difficult to see the leather quality but I'm sure both are good.

But Mulberry leather....gah! Even now 11years later my Mulberry bowling bag still smells awesome.

Just a shame DS filled it with play dough so the bottom is one big grease stain.

Baker one is a very different bag and fashionable, you won't be wearing that next year. Personally I'd get the YSL version it's cute, big enough and not a mulberry

Sorry I did get 20% off but mine was a different bag, my bad and it's going back if I win a Boden one on eBay.

I like the whistles saddle bag best. Looks the most classy out of the three and I think it's a fairly classic style too. I think chain bags work better for evening.

Personally, and this might be controversial, but Mulberry to me is a bit obvious, unimaginative, and "default designer bag". Some are nicely made, simple designs but generally i find them all a bit meh. And for £££ i want more than meh!
