I feel like treating myself. My skin is so dry at the moment. The last splurge i had on shower gel was when i got talked into buying Decleour and it was rubbish, the bottle was tiny. Had a lovely smell of lavender though that you could smell all over the house. Anyone got any suggestions?

Not a shower gel but l'occitane almond shower oil is my one splurge.
Is great for dry skin too.

Anything from Aesop - absolutely delicious. I love the Geranium Leaf variety.

LBOCS2 · 23/05/2016 16:21

I'm using a Jo Malone one at the moment which I'm not overwhelmingly impressed by. I've got a limited edition Molton brown one lined up for next though which I'm pretty excited about.

Nabootique · 23/05/2016 16:26

Not particularly helpful, but to answer the question in the thread title, I refuse to share Lush Lord of Misrule with DD as it was Halloween limited edition and I love it. Hope they bring it back this year. She is sad that I can't buy any more when I love it so much, and says she will save her pocket money and get me some for Halloween (DD is 6).

ruby my favourite bar uses Aesop hand soap in the bathrooms and it's bloody divine! Keep meaning to pick up some of their stuff.

For me at the minute it's the Molton Brown Japanese Orange body wash. It's really heady and almost masculine and fills the whole top of the house with it's amazingness.

EachandEveryone · 23/05/2016 16:33

Ill have to look for some discount codes

Molton Brown, a blue one but I can't remember the name of it. It's a very clean washing, fresh kind of smell and lasts all day.

FuckOffJeffrey · 23/05/2016 16:56

My skin does not like shower gel at all unfortunately but I use a lovely bar of manuka honey soap from Holland and Barrett. I think is by Dr Organics. It smells Devine, leaves my skin soft, is SLS free and also fragrances the bathroom. I'm quite into Amber/ musk / honey type scents rather than fresh / zingy / floral though.

maggiethemagpie · 23/05/2016 18:05

I love cowshed. Grumpy cow in particular but all are nice. Quite apt for how I feel in the morning!

SchnitzelVonKrumm · 23/05/2016 18:08

Ren Seaweed and Sage or Rose Otto. Lush.

mrsclooneytoyou · 23/05/2016 19:22

L'Occataine almond shower oil. It is truly lush

Rshard · 23/05/2016 19:45

Just bought molton brown silver birch, quite masculine and very fresh. Just finishing orange blossom one mentioned upthread, gorgeous

DarylDixonsDarlin · 23/05/2016 19:48

The White Company Seychelles shower gel is my favourite, it smells lovely (imo, anyway!) and I have one bottle which I keep hidden in the bathroom, so no one nicks it. I save it for special occasions or just when I really fed up and need a lift! Smile I always worry its going to leave my skin dry but actually its quite moisturising, although for everyday moisturising shower gel/cream I find Dove to be the softest tbh!

ElgartheCat · 23/05/2016 19:50

Arran Aromatics Aloe Vera. It's in a lovely bottle and it smells of summer...

Autumnchill · 23/05/2016 19:53

Dermalogica and Molton Brown (although I steal my husbands Black Pepper one)

ImYourWomanJonSnow · 23/05/2016 20:33

Korres jasmine or fig. Yum!

wallybantersjunkbox · 23/05/2016 20:34

Is an oil something to wash with or apply under water after washing?

midnightmoomoo · 23/05/2016 20:43

Liz Earle Orange Flower body wash for me.

DanyellasDonkey · 23/05/2016 20:51

Laughter by Space NK (if they still do it).

My nearest one is 300 miles away so it's a rare treat.

jasmine1979 · 23/05/2016 20:52

Another one here saying L'occitane almond shower oil. Smile
Snowcake by lush is also another favourite that I begrudge other people using sometimes. (It smells of marzipan which I love) It used to be limited edition at Christmas time only, but I have a feeling they might sell it all year now?

k1ngf1sher · 23/05/2016 20:54

Lush Happy Hippy, smells of citrus/lemon/grapefruit Smile

TroysMammy · 23/05/2016 20:56

I love Original Source. The raspberry and vanilla smells divine and the lemon is like rubbing lemon curd all over yourself. They did make a boob with labelling their pineapple flavour as it was for sale in a discount shop. It was called Golden Shower Grin

Jitterybug · 23/05/2016 20:59

Jo Malone the lime one, I love it and can smell it for hours after using it.

PerkinsRents · 23/05/2016 20:59

Another vote for Korres. Love citrus or fig. Absolutely gorgeous.

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 23/05/2016 22:18

Molton Brown (used to be Vit ACE but it's changed name)
L'Occitane Almond Oil (not the gel)
L'Occitane Shea Shower gel milk

I tried Liz Earle Orange Blossom but (though I love alot of LE ) it smelled like furniture polish Confused

I tried Arran Aromatics After the Rain years ago (nice)
