I feel like treating myself. My skin is so dry at the moment. The last splurge i had on shower gel was when i got talked into buying Decleour and it was rubbish, the bottle was tiny. Had a lovely smell of lavender though that you could smell all over the house. Anyone got any suggestions?

Bodyshop pink grapefruit

Ffion3107 · 23/05/2016 22:21

The Body Shop - Honeymania!

SellFridges · 23/05/2016 22:22

I love Molton Brown Rhubarb and Rose.

I do like the Original Sourve lemon one too but it dries my skin terribly so I had to stop using it.

Buttwing · 23/05/2016 22:31

Scoose · 23/05/2016 22:33

St the moment my favourites are Molton brown ginger lily , Korres vanilla and cinnamon and Laura mercier Ambre vanille love them all

walkingtheplank · 23/05/2016 22:48

Does the L'Occitane Almond Oil leave the shower slipper?

When I was at university one if my house mates used shower oil and the rest of us took our lives in our hands when we went in after her. I have never used oil myself as a consequence.

fieldfare · 23/05/2016 23:13

Clarins orange coloured shower gel and also the tub of oil body scrub. The scrub especially fills the house with the most amazing scent and because of the oil my skin is so lovely and soft.

Autumnchill · 24/05/2016 06:01

The Clarins one sounds nice. Aqua Sana at Center Parcs has a tropical shower that smells of orange blossom

HeyMacWey · 24/05/2016 07:30

No - the l'occitane shower oil emulsifies with the water when you wash it off. No slip risk with it.

Buttwing · 24/05/2016 08:50

No it doesn't leave the shower slippy, it's a mixture of a gel and an oil so you feel clean at the end of your shower rather than just greasy.

TondelayaDellaVentamiglia · 24/05/2016 08:57

the L'occitane almond shower oil is fab, it's really very good....I was away and did not take it with me over the weekend and was using hotel toiletries ..my skin feels all stiff and crispy after three days!

I wish it was more marzipannish, but it must smell nice as dh commented the other evening as he snuggled in and that was all I had used.

Not slippy at all and leaves my skin feeling just lovely. ANd it doesn't seem to clag up the scrubby thing which lots of these things do...a decent rinse and squeeze and it's ready to tackle those scrotum elbows and pimply upper arms the next day!! :o

tinybellows · 24/05/2016 09:03

I love korres Japanese rose.

Seriouslylighthearted · 24/05/2016 09:16

I use Sukin botanical body wash which I'm loving.

BumWad · 24/05/2016 09:24

That Korres offer does look good.

TK Maxx often have Korres stuff on offer

HooseRice · 24/05/2016 09:25

My clarins Eau Dynamisante shower mousse.

I don't know it it is any help with dry skin though.

SapphireStrange · 24/05/2016 10:36

I like Original Source too and it's packed with nice ingredients, cruelty-free and CHEAP!

Pacifica is a nice range; expensive but ok if you look out for it being on special offer. They do a lovely mouth-watering guava one, and a fig one.

FrustratedFrugal · 24/05/2016 16:16

This Works Reviving Shower Gel, a deluxe size from a hotel. I adore the uplifting smell.

MrsT2007 · 24/05/2016 17:08

Le petit Marseillais ones.

I need a cross channel pharmacy trip

SchnitzelVonKrumm · 24/05/2016 18:07

MrsT I buy the Le Petit Marseillaise 'Lait' when we go to France in the summer. It's the smell of holidays Smile

MrsT2007 · 24/05/2016 21:51

Agreed! It just smells of clean to me. I like soapy clean smells....

EachandEveryone · 25/05/2016 10:02

Lots of these suggestions turn up at TK Maxx
