Does it work??

Recently my left bottom lashes are breaking or not growing properly or bloody something - I'm getting gaps - so y'know, emergency measures are called for.

Is Rivitalash the best? Any other recommendations? Or save my money and suck up the lack of eyelashes?

No. Didn't work for me.

What did work was Vichy Eyes & Lashes. A serum. Doubled my lash quota, literally. Added some length but, was so noticeable on volume.
