I asked my hairdresser to cut choppy layers into largely one length long hair. I said to her i didn't want it too shaped at the front as it tended to go wispy but to have more blunt chinky layers. Maybe I didn't explain myself right. My hair is naturally poker straight. She curled it in the shop so it looked great but now that I have blow dried it myself it just looks like it's has been gone at with a hacksaw. Totally uneven and just looks a mess. I am gutted as it means i am going to have to spend ages curling it every day to hide the mess.
I don't know how to explain what I want to a hairdresser. I just want layer at the front to give it some shape but want them to sit nicely when my hair is straight. Do I go back? I don't really want any more taking off. It's going to take ages to grow it out. Maybe I should just give in and have my hair all one length.
