Get rid

KnockMeDown · 14/03/2016 11:49

No, I'm sorry, but I don't think that is flattering.

calistaraines · 14/03/2016 11:57

Ok it's definitely going back!
Just out of interest what size would you say I was??

MissTessmacher · 14/03/2016 12:00

Send it back.

To the fiery depths of hell from whence it came.

calistaraines · 14/03/2016 12:04

Lovely maternity dress...is that what you were looking for?

almostthirty · 14/03/2016 12:05

It really is.

calistaraines · 14/03/2016 12:10

Argh!
This is my problem, I just can't lose the tummy weight!!!
What should I be wearing??? Need summer clothes!!

NashvilleQueen · 14/03/2016 12:13

If I saw you in it I would honestly assume you'd had it years and it was picked up in Primark. It doesn't hang well or look like nice fabric. It has nothing going for it at all. You are perfectly fine btw!

Burgerbobismydad · 14/03/2016 13:48

You're nice and slim. That is shapeless.

hellsbellsmelons · 14/03/2016 14:54

Empire line type dresses if you have a tummy or nice shift dresses.
Or more tight fitting but with the pleating etc.. around the tummy area.
This though, is not flattering, sorry.

BettyBi0 · 15/03/2016 12:17

I'd guess you were 14-16 maybe and agree it's not doing you any favours.

ThirtyNineWeeks · 15/03/2016 13:48

Ruddy awful. Get a nice empire line frock. Try Monsoon, Laura Ashley, Debenhams, Mango.

Drinksforeveryone · 15/03/2016 14:00

Is it this dress ?

Def send it back. It doesn't flatter.

flattering or not?? Hush Tara dress
Keeptrudging · 15/03/2016 14:05

It's not even nice on the model. Unforgiving fabric, try something more structured with a broad waistband. Wrap dresses are great for tummies too.

FlindersKeepers · 15/03/2016 14:53

I have this dress, it does nothing for you, this is true, but it doesn't mean it is a bad dress, because mine (in navy) looks pretty good on me. I have the winter one (burgundy) as well.

Runningupthathill82 · 15/03/2016 14:56

Sorry, another one who thinks it does nothing for you. You can do much better! And I'd guess size 14?

MargotLovedTom · 15/03/2016 15:02

It doesn't look that bad from the front. I'd say you're a 12?

MargotLovedTom · 15/03/2016 15:02

12-14

CreviceImp · 15/03/2016 15:42

You need a dress that doesn't tuck in under the stomach. That dress is a shite design. Short skater or straight up and down slouchier one would work better.

Don't do empire line with pleating. They do nothing for anyone.

DaphneWhitethigh · 15/03/2016 15:46

You're absolutely fine, the dress is absolutely fine, the combination is disastrous.

MizK · 15/03/2016 15:47

Desperately unflattering.

calistaraines · 15/03/2016 22:07

It's gone back!!!

On a starvation diet from now on!!! CakeChocolate
