Guardian pictures here

Not quite what I expected - is that a veil? but she looks well happy.

Don't like the dress at all, weird length and not flattering. She does look radiantly happy though and he looks pretty thrilled too. I think Tracy Emin looks really good, love her coat....

Orangeanddemons · 06/03/2016 08:58

Ugh, imagine Micheal Gove at your wedding...

winkywinkola · 06/03/2016 08:59

Imagine Tracey Emin at your wedding. Yuck. And Rupert Murdoch. Even more yuck.

PeaceOfWildThings · 06/03/2016 09:00

Tracy Emin is wearing a black dress. All the male guests seem elderly and mostly with women half their age. Not a great advertisement for lasting martiage in our current celebrity society, at least among this little circle. So sad.

herecomesthsun · 06/03/2016 09:08

They are a couple aged is it 59 and 89 or thereabouts, the guests are likely to be older than at the average wedding. Interesting guest list though. Weddings later in life can be great, triumph of hope over expected life span. Georgia May Jagger doesn't look too pleased, though.

Indeed, Rupert Murdoch at your wedding is just too horrible to contemplate.

Oh wait...he's the groomShock yuk yuk yuk. .Just like marrying a toad. I know you have to kiss a lot of frogs, but not to end up with a toad surely?

Nothing to do,with his millions I'm sure! But JH is still very attractive. She could have found someone nicer and still rich.

Orangeanddemons · 06/03/2016 10:06

And considering she was with Mick Jagger for aeons her groom isn't very Rock n Roll. Neither is Gove.

hollyisalovelyname · 06/03/2016 10:14

Is it appropriate that M Gove is at Rupert Murdochs wedding?

Thisismyalias · 06/03/2016 10:16

In a couple of the photos it looks like it's gotten bunched up in her knickers.

BeachysFlipFlops · 06/03/2016 10:17

Bill Wyman looks very rough!

burnishedsilver · 06/03/2016 10:50

I liked the dress on her but she could have done without the hair band.

flumpybear · 06/03/2016 12:39

I cannot believe Gove went to the wedding!!! And let's face it she hardly married him because of his dashing looks or morals

blahblueblah · 06/03/2016 12:50

Surprised by Bob Geldof's attendance.

sirmione · 06/03/2016 12:57

Liked her dress, shoes were gopping. She was def a radiant bride.

NattyGolfJerkin · 06/03/2016 13:02

I'm really not keen on the dress. Ok (if a bit boring and dated cowl neck) at the top but really terrible at the bottom. Horrible, unflattering length, terrible shoes. Rotten, though her choice in frocks is the least of her worries, IMO.

Orangeanddemons · 06/03/2016 13:19

But even if I was sleeping on the streets, I could NEVER marry Murdoch.

The wedding night....ugh...I can't even think about it. Yuk yuk yuk

Autumn2014 · 06/03/2016 13:31

Itwas the shoes that distracted me I thought the shoes were too clunky. I understand her wanting to wear flats but I thought the shape and the patent finish of the silver with the big buckle was too harsh compared to the light fabric and style of the dress. The adult bridesmaid's shoes seemed more in keeping and were low heels or totally flat. But I know nothing about fashion and they are probably £££ and designer.

ScarletForYa · 06/03/2016 13:42

I thought the dress was poor. It looked badly made, didn't like the twist at the bottom of the skirt and the random tulle hanging in a point at the front. The shoes didn't go at all.

MitzyLeFrouf · 06/03/2016 13:45

The wedding guests (and the groom!) look like a lineup of the most morally bankrupt people in society.

Best of luck Jerry you seem nice, but ugh, how could you marry that evil old crook?

SchrodingersKitKat · 06/03/2016 13:51

They both look very happy.

Jerry looked over the moon. I liked the colour and fabric of her dress and the neckline. But the length of the dress and the shoes made her look totally ungainly. She looked nothing like a sophisticated woman and everything like a school girl dressed up.

Why were her daughters' dresses subtly different colors? That was weird. Did Viv run out of fabric to do hen the same colour?

The older daughter is the image of Jerry. I know we are not allowed to comment on people's weight but she looked terribly thin to me.

The younger daughter looked very unhappy to be there.

I was actually surprised here were not more slebs there. I would have thought they would all want to curry favor.

Madbengalmum · 06/03/2016 14:13

Apart from micheal caine and his wife, who are always immaculate, i thought what a mess most people looked. And what is with the young bridesmaids' bustier look, eurgh!

Madbengalmum · 06/03/2016 14:15

Oh, and everybody including the bride and groom seemed to have awful mismatched shoes?? WTF??

SchrodingersKitKat · 06/03/2016 14:20

Shakira always looks beautiful.

DinosaursRoar · 06/03/2016 14:31

Oh I thought the shoes were horrible. The dress is a bit dull but she's a 59 year old bride, you wouldn't really expect cutting edge fashion, more something a bit 'safe'.

The 14 year old bridesmaid looked like she should have been given the 'grown up bridesmaid' dress, not the "little girl" one - it was cut for a flatter figure.

sulee · 06/03/2016 19:40

I agree- the shoes!!!. I saw JH in Harrods years ago and all I can remember was her bright yellow hair. And now wedded to Rupert AKA Mr Burns from The Simpsons.....
