Yes to that dress. I like it better than the M&S one you linked to.

Like the second dress but always find jersey model ht and miss. Varies in thickness so dramatically. The weighty stuff looks great but the wafer thin stuff makes me want to weep.

Say yes to the Me&Em dress. Honestly, their jersey is the dog's, it totally dicks all over ANYTHING else I've tried (looks pointedly at Baukjen which consistently disappoints).

Remus I tried that Oasis skirt on today - it was nice... but not so nice I bought it. Somehow managed to be a bit twee.
Like the look of that snakeskin m and s one and have ordered it. M and s sometimes have v good and v cheap tube skirts - am wearing a black and white striped one now - was £20 quid and is better than my Whistles one!

I have last yearss version of that black M+S one upthread - just the right amount of stretch so it's still a nice worky material but fits well. I'm 5'9 and it's just below the knee. I LOVE it.

except it's a size 12, and my arse is now very definitely a size 14, so I haven't worn it since easter. diet starts tomorrow...

I also have a denim one and a white one from Pure. Their quality and price are very good.

I have a Me + Em ruched cowl neck jersey dress. The fabric is so thick but stretchy and soft, that it's the jersey benchmark for me.

Oh, that's fine - one is not bovvered. Havent worn it for a while, but it is a good fit - I couldn't size down, but I'm not squashed. So, I think that makes its true to size. It is meant to be a bodycon dress, though (or at least that's how it used to be pitched, when I bought it - haven't checked the website for a while).

M&S get the vote from me too. I was sceptical but I have one and I love it - I have quite narrow hips but a biggish bum and thighs and it is super flattering. I've had lots of compliments and best of all I got it in the sales and it was a fiver.

That describes my shape to a T, mrsmarigold! Sadly nothing in camel at the moment....
