These yellow shoes are bad, right?

I have just spent my monthly rent on this dress for a very posh ex's wedding next month.

Am I right in thinking that the yellow shoes are really not good? Any ideas on what would suit, would red be too clown-y?

I like the yellow. Red or blue are options too. Just not boring black or even worse, bud.

I'd prefer yellow over red to be honest.

The yellow shoes are OK I think, they link to the mustardy colour in the dress. I reckon you'd do fine picking any tone out of the dress; a rusty red, the blue or the purple? A court shoe might be nice as a simple contrast to a more statementy dress. Something like this (but cheaper!).

Really? Am surprised, they are just so yellow . I was going to hide my feet away in something nude.
