what do you think of this sandals?

I need opinions please. I am short but need comfortable footwear so usually go for flatform wedges of around 6cm height. They usually tend to be ugly shoes if I'm honest but I need the height to make my overall outfit look nice. It can sometimes be difficult to pull off a csual look when I'm wearing high wedges but I was thinking these might work: www.asos.com/asos/asos-this-is-it-leather-lace-up-flatforms/prod/pgeproduct.aspx?iid=5295048&clr=Nudesnake&searchterm=flatform+sandals&pgesize=36&pge=0&totalstyles=42&gridsize=3&gridrow=4&gridcolumn=2

I'd love some opinions and also, do you thin they will make my feet relly sweaty as the sole looks plasticky?

I really like these, will definitely work for casual look.

TheQueenOfSparta · 26/07/2015 14:31

I like them!

Madbengalmum · 26/07/2015 14:37

Think they look fugly,sorry

Nettletheelf · 26/07/2015 14:47

They are a great deal less heinous than I feared after reading your description! They are not bad at all.

MaryBerrysEyelashes · 26/07/2015 14:47

LOVE

loads of flatforms and chunky heels on the coolios I saw in paris

Roussette · 26/07/2015 14:48

Gosh, really do not like them. What's with the lace things tied at the back?

I wouldn't be seen dead in them but of course that is just my opinion (sorry to sound so rude)

ouryve · 26/07/2015 14:48

They look extremely cheap and plasticky. And heavy.

SwedishEdith · 26/07/2015 14:58

I think they look horrible and uncomfortable.

AnotheBloodyChinHair · 26/07/2015 15:29

okay, what about these ones? www.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/prod_10701_10001_63023+RLP935KY_-1

Really like the first ones. Way nicer than the rose gold ones IMO.

SwedishEdith · 26/07/2015 15:41

The second ones look better quality.

KoalaDownUnder · 26/07/2015 15:42

They are horrible. Too much plasticky sole and skinny black laces going on.

CakeNinja · 26/07/2015 15:42

Second ones are far far far nicer than those first ones which look really awful Imo.
I wouldn't wear them myself but I wouldn't look at them in the street and inwardly gasp like I may at the first ones!
But you're limited in what you can wear so ultimately, choose what's the most comfortable and practical for you.
Who cares what we think?

Germgirl · 26/07/2015 15:43

Ah now I like the second ones far more than the first ones.
However: I have no 'shoe taste', I'm currently wearing the brightest orange Skechers Go Walks. So I mustn't be allowed a shoe opinion.

SpendSpendSpend · 26/07/2015 15:45

Whats your dress size op if you dont mind me asking?

The reason i ask is that i think size 6,8,10 people with clumpy shoes on look ridiculous when they have a dainty body

Roussette · 26/07/2015 15:46

Sorry, second ones are no better but perhaps it is me and I just don't like that style of shoe!

quirkychick · 26/07/2015 15:46

I really like both of them Smile. But I like chunky flatforms. I find they are more supportive than very flat shoes.

burnishedsilver · 26/07/2015 15:53

I like the second pair. The first ones are horrible. I'd imaging it would be difficult to walk in them without stomping.

Getuhda348 · 26/07/2015 16:03

First are awful Blush go for the second pair

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 26/07/2015 16:05

Sorry but I really don't like either of them. I don't like flatforms, and the second pair are ugly and clunky (imho and feel free to ignore me!) and I don't like the colour.

AnotheBloodyChinHair · 26/07/2015 16:12

I wouldn't say they're necessarily pretty shoes but how does one gain some height (at least 5 cm) and still look casual? Ugly shoes to the rescue, everytime.

What about those Lotta from Stockholm clogs?

CoconutAmericano · 26/07/2015 16:26

I wouldn't wear either pair op. Both very heavy and clumpy looking and the first pair look cheap. Sorry! Blush

tethersend · 26/07/2015 18:41

I like these.
