What do I wear my tutu with?

Me again, ive had a few threads explaining my non existent fashion knowledge and have now purchased my tutu. It's this one but in a silvery grey colour.
What can I wear it with? I was planning on a black high roundneck short sleeve fitted tshirt but is that totally boring for such a lovely skirt?

I like the vast jump from wanting to blend in, to many yards of tulle.... It is very pretty and I'm sure you'll look really lovely.

Haha it was a rare moment of madness and it won't be repeated for a good few years let me tell you!
