Any recommendations?
Small wrists, not blingy.

Forgot to say I have small wrists too. My Ebel watch has a slight curve to the back of the face so it sits comfortably on your wrist.

Paddingtonthebear · 14/07/2015 14:44

Yes I quite like some of the Ebel watches too

I don't know how factual this is, but when I chose my watch I was looking in a very old, established jewellers ( ie 300 yrs old!) that they had Ebel back for repairs more than other watches (eg Omega.)

I don't know if this was a sales pitch but in any case I liked my Omega mini anyway. The mini constellation are much smaller than the full size constellation and I have tiny wrists. I had to have links taken out of the strap.

Not sure how much it is now but I paid around £1K 5-6 years ago. At my age I expect it to last the rest of my life.

Paddingtonthebear · 14/07/2015 15:32

Pink would you mind linking a pic of your mini?

It's this one- but bear in mind this is a replica shown here- a fake in other words.

Movado does some nice watches and theirs are pretty competitively priced, though quite hard to find in the UK. The Constellation is very nice and an unusual shape:

Good point Rosie! My last Omega battery change & service was about £80. But have only had 1 in 10 years so well worth it.

Olivia Burton are nice, not too expensive. Some are a bit 'trendy' but some lovely traditional ones too!

I have a Longines DolceVita - most like the last one in the link you posted OP
It's lovely even after 7 years. Not too "bling" and nice and neat.
I don't regret it at all

Paddingtonthebear · 14/07/2015 21:49

Yes I do like that last one in the Longines link
