WHY did I never try double wear foundation before???!

I have awful skin - prone to redness, dry patches, oil slicks, spots, wrinkles - you name it, I've got it! I have tried a ton of make-ups and due to my oiliness they have slid off my nose and forehead within an hour or so leaving me all patchy looking.

I had read about double wear here but didn't pay much heed, till yesterday. I caught a glimpse of myself in a mirror at lunchtime and frightened myself! I went to the nearest department store and asked the lady on the counter about it.

She matched up my skin colour with her little gadget and tried a bit on and best of all gave me a little pot to try at home.

I put it on this morning at 8.15 am, my complexion was the best it has looked in years when I put it on. I really couldn't believe it! I have just checked it there now in the mirror and it is STILL perfect!

I could cry with joy! I am in my early 40's and feel like I have wasted years with crap looking make up / skin.....

I am buying the full size bottle after work!

Senada, have you been to a big store with a big EL counter? It took me four attempts to get the right shade of DW. I'm a neutral too but dark skinned and they kept sending me away with pink toned ones. They do have neutral colours look for the ones with N in the number. I didn't find this out until I was at a larger counter with experienced staff (Boots, Trafford centre). All the other shops I visited (smaller boots, selfridges, debenhams) seemed to have no knowledge of the other colours.
