I posted a few weeks back that I had a posh dinner to attend for work. Bought a dress then took it back. I'm packing for it now and have two choices. Which one is best?

Dinner is smart casual.

Floral one. Without a doubt.

Please excuse the mess in my room! I'll probably take both with me.... But which one? I like the shape of he stripy one better but maybe it's too casual? Also which shoes. My feet are shit so don't want to wear sandals really.
