Not an order mistake, apparent colour variation.
What accessories!?
Its mid thigh, strapless, skater style block colour....think hot, Barbie pink.
Its for a graduation in September.
In my 20s, 5ft 2 with blond hair (want to avoid looking like Barbie!) . not a fan of wedges.
Trying to think through options before I go through the hassle of sending it back and looking again.

Chants

GET THE HOUSE OF CARDS ONE

you will look WAY the coolest in that slim pencil

Alibabsandthe40Musketeers · 15/06/2015 16:37

Why is there no like button - what Teal said ^

Alibabsandthe40Musketeers · 15/06/2015 16:38

Oh I missed a page Grin

AMcoffeeLover · 15/06/2015 16:41

I do love the house of cards one.....but i've never pulled off a pencil skirt. Sad as I'm short they all come down far on my leg and make me out of proportion.

( you might need to get it shortened but thats COOL)

TealFanClub · 15/06/2015 16:42

get your scissors out.

AMcoffeeLover · 15/06/2015 16:43

Though a dress like that would be an investment item......maybe worthy of getting someone to alter it for me ......... (anyone got spare change, its for a good cause Grin !?)

plus you could wear in winter too with a jacket

AmberNectarine · 15/06/2015 16:44

I love the £7.99 stripy H&M one and the first floral DP one.

The HoC one is lovely - I want to buy it for work but it wouldn't suit my colouring.

AMcoffeeLover · 15/06/2015 16:45

And its plain so I could wear my bright shoes rather than having to buy new plain ones......I'd practically be saving money!

I thought this would look really cute x

Floisme · 15/06/2015 17:06

OK I've no links for you (loads of nice things already posted). I just wanted to say, I work next door to where our graduation ceremonies happen and I must have seen just about every kind of outfit going. Some people wouldn't look out of place at a wedding but others look like they're going straight out clubbing afterwards. It's why I love watching - it's fascinating!

The only thing I would say is that whole families go along so steer clear of anything you wouldn't want your partner's parents/grandparents/uncles or aunts to see you in. But other than that, I wouldn't get too anxious.

Of course I can only speak for this particular university (in a northern city). It's possible that other places are more formal.

AMcoffeeLover · 15/06/2015 17:27

That's nice too!
Its hard as its just DP and me going so no one is really interested in RL, and as already shown DP isn't very helpful.

Also I think ASOS have 20% off today if you order via the app.

AMcoffeeLover · 16/06/2015 07:55

AGH I have a new requirement for the dress - a loose waist.
