I'm a size 14 and I am pear shaped; I have wide hips and I'm narrow on top, size 12. I would like to find a nice one-peice swimming costume that is flattering. Any ideas what sort of style is best e.g- high leg... Etc

I believe the advice for pear shapes is pattern or detail at the top, plain lower half and medium cut on the leg. I'm an apple sadly.

Some lovely ones here www.pourmoi-lingerie.co.uk/Swimwear/a_Style/Swimsuit/

I bought a Moontide Twist last year. The shop owner said she had continually to reorder because it is the most flattering swimsuit she has ever sold.

I've since noticed several women of varying shapes and sizes wearing it and it really does flatter all shapes. It comes in lots of colourways.

Landsend do fab quality and plain for about 38. I'm size 20 and look reasonable!
