lucy they're so cheap I would get a selection. I've done that with the under eye concealers! I figure I can mix them up a bit and get a shade that matches!
I've ordered the cutest banana lip balm. It comes with a little clip. The banana hand cream is to die for, such an amazing banana milkshake smell. I also got apple hand creams.

wickedfairy · 21/05/2015 21:17

Oooh, my Mizon hyaluronic acid serum stuff arrived today - that was so quick, about a week!! I was expecting it to take a month!

It absorbed like a dream, will update after a few days use. I am sure my skin is looking much better since the beginning of this thread GrinGrinGrin

lucysmam · 21/05/2015 21:20

I'll add a selection to my list in that case and do some experimenting. You lot are going to cost me a fortune!

I forgot to look up the banana cream you mentioned the other day...will probably have to have one of those too.

daftyburd · 21/05/2015 21:24

Lucysmam I used the Temptalia foundation matrix. I had a foundation colour that I feel is my best match (NC15) and I got matched to Light Beige in Laneige.
There is an option to find a match from scratch but didn't try it.

lucysmam · 21/05/2015 21:26

Thanks dafty, I'll look that up.

I didn't get far looking up the blog, dp decided he wanted the laptop. I'll take a look tomorrow.

lucysmam · 21/05/2015 21:37

I've just had a quick look at Temptalia, I never knew sooooo many foundations existed! Need that on the laptop too so I can see whether I can sort into types & by price (I could just get my glasses out really but cba to root through my handbag for them).

CoconutAmericano · 21/05/2015 21:41

Well I had the splurge I needed and ordered some Tony Moly bb cream, sheet masks and a Holika Holika hand mask! I am tres excited Blush

ForSaleChesterDraws · 21/05/2015 21:58

I just bought the Biore Aqua rich sunscreen spf50 which is meant to dry to matte finish and gets great reviews on Amazon.

I'm thinking I need a facial oil for night time but not sure where I would fit it in with my LRP redermic retinol cream. A serious first world problem, I know.

CindyEcstacy · 21/05/2015 21:59

My mizon sleeping mask arrived yesterday and I slapped it on after cleansing and toning. I've been a bit peely and crispy lately after a couple of weeks alternating between retin a and bravura 20% GA at night

I woke up like a blimmin peach this morning Grin

lucysmam · 21/05/2015 22:00

Chester, I have no idea but your name made me giggle Grin

FrugalFashionista · 21/05/2015 22:20

Can't stop thinking about the Tony Moly banana sleeping pack Hmm Bigbuttons I blame you!
Some talk about suncreen prices here. I just wish we could buy this stuff locally.
Cindy I'm glad! That's exactly what it does to me too!

Got my first delivery today, tried one earlier and my skin feels lovely. I can't see much difference in the ingredients though.

Lucysmum I found an eBay seller who did bb samples, so ordered a few (not yet arrived) but can't find them now but it might be worth having a look.

AmazingDisgrace · 22/05/2015 00:02

Purederm collagen eye sheet masks on eBay for £2.30 free delivery! I paid about £6 for them a while ago and they are brilliant! I've just ordered some to be sent to SIL in the States.

AmazingDisgrace · 22/05/2015 00:04

Can I just bow down at CindyEcstacy as a presumably fellow Soft Cell fan? Ace name Grin

bigbuttons · 22/05/2015 06:42

frugal I woke at 5.40 this morning (boo) and sat my self down, saw your link and have spent the last 3/4 hour investigating sunscreens. In the end I came back to Biore! I found a seller on ebay who was selling the watery essence for £6.42 for 50ml, with free shipping not bad, so I got 2 bottles!

The way I look at it, we've got to invest in protecting the old face....

hattymattie · 22/05/2015 06:58

For those of you near Sephora, I noticed they are now stocking some Korean BB creams and sleep masks. No snail slime yet though it's only a matter of time.

lucysmam · 22/05/2015 08:26

Thanks MrsGuy, I'll search for samples. There are so many I have no idea where to start Confused

CindyEcstacy · 22/05/2015 09:55

Grin AmazingDiagrace. Thank you

I've ordered the hada labo creamyuv sunscreen after reading tons of reviews so I will report back as soon as it arrives.

At the moment I'm using sub sense which is ok and quite moisturising - but makeup doesn't seem to sit well on it Confused

rubyshoes3 · 22/05/2015 11:44

Bigbuttons What is the name of the Ebay seller please. Now I want to buy the Biore I am using the Innisfree Eco safety sunscreen which I do like but I want to try the Biore as It has very good reviews.

lucysmam · 22/05/2015 12:14

I'm just on my way back from a successful shopping trip! I picked up some more Coppertone in the 99p shop, two of those will go in the girl's school bags for topping up through the day. Also spied a syn-ake clay mask so picked it up & will do some googling before I use it.

No clearasil pads in there but I found them in Bargain Buys for a quid then was Shock at the Wilko price of them (somewhere around a fiver!).

Me and dp are each taking a tenner again this week so now I'm torn between ordering more skin care goodies and a bb cream to try online or a trip to Primarni to pick up a few vests and some sort of floaty top Confused

Still haven't managed to find any sheet masks in town though Sad With all the peel off/mud or whatever else ones in Savers I thought they'd have something but it seems not.

bigbuttons · 22/05/2015 12:47

TheWombat · 22/05/2015 12:57

Ooh amazingdisgrace they sound lovely! Another one for the wish list..

Has anyone seen any spray sunscreens that are mist-like and can be used on top of make up? I have to be ultra careful now, but don't fancy applying normal sunscreen onto slap every 2 hours..

FrugalFashionista · 22/05/2015 12:59

Sheet mask selfies - Lady Gaga and Alexa Chung on Instagram!

lucysmam wow synthetic snake venom - now that's hardcore! Just wish our shops had something like that! Please let us know what it feels like!

ohohoh! Postie has just been Grin My Skin Food Tomato Suncream is here...it is not tomatoey. I didn't really expect it to be but, you never know!

I've just put a little on the back of my hand & it's sunk in without a trace. No real smell to it and no stickiness. Consistency is like a light cream.

Will test it out properly tomorrow.

Frugal, it's only a cheap mask, this one , so not expecting greatness but will report back Smile
