What shoes with this dress please?

I am planning on wearing a dress very similar to this (but with shorter sleeves) to a wedding in July -

What shoes should I wear with it? I'm only 5ft 2in so a bit of height is needed, having said that, I don't really "do" heels and have plantar fasciitis (sp?) so need comfort too.

I don't have any suitable shoes and no idea what to look for / what would look best with it. Any suggestions welcome!

Also, what sort of jacket / cardigan / cover up should I have in case it's not warm?

Coverup is harder - you don't want anything too fussy or that will hide the lacy sleeves , I think. I know others may roll their eyes, but a pashmina might be best?

I was thinking of some sort of nude shoes similar to what Helen linked to but the skinny heels worry me. I like the idea of wedges for comfort factor!
