Best stretchy skinny jeans

Does anyone have tips for the best high street stretchy skinny jeans that don't go all baggy? Can't really spend more than £40 and there are so many in that price range I don't know which brand to go for. Thanks!

Agree the M&S are great but black ones not so much - mine have faded, gone baggy and now died and I won't be replacing. Indigo or light ones though - marvellous.

M&s 5 pocket jeggings are amazing- I have them in sage, coral and Brit blue. You can get them new for £14.99 on eBay. The seller is fashionlabels4less.

I love my M&S jeggings but my pair from years ago are far better than the recently bought pair - so have tried Matalans £12 jeggings in the navy colour. Haven't washed them yet but no baggy knees or waist/bum slippage when wearing for 12+ hrs

I got a mumsnet email featuring this thread and ordered a pair of the M&S jeggings off the back, they really are fab!

Does Mid Rise mean high waist? if so are there any normal/below waist jeggins that M&S do that are good?

pigeon1982 · 07/05/2015 21:27

They aren't high waisted, just normal.

Really agree Babyrooty, was just looking at my Paige Skyline ones that I insisted my husband pick up for me in states (so they are 'only' £120) they are nice for a night out, but such thin cheap fabric and a bit of the dreaded muffin, they'd never survive toddlerland - M&S lift and sculpt are really good quality, must check out these jeggings!

Feel annoyed as when last splashed out on expensive jeans (when seven bootlegs were all the rage, so fifteen years ago) they were really worth it and you could wear them to death.

Oliver Bonas. Is that the right shop name? Someone please correct me, it's something like that. Anyway they are fab, soft and stretchy skinny jeans that I love. Think the brand is actually Vera moda. I saw the other day that they have white ones in for summer but hopefully they are still stocking the blue ones because they are truly fab.

OnlyLovers · 08/05/2015 12:34

Ooh, I hadn't even thought of looking in there! I'm a bit put off by the polyester-ness of the otherwise promising-looking dresses.

Yes, it is Oliver Bonas. Might have a look in there today. Thanks for the tip!

I've just brought top shop Joni ones being very petite I always struggle with leg length these are a perfect fit. Had heard on here before they are a good buy so thank you to all that have mentioned them.
