70's style denim button through skirt - anyone else?

I love 70's style and snapped up a button through denim skirt that fits perfectly a couple of weeks ago. All good, but everytime I go to wear it I'm stumped. I'm worried about it looking a bit frumpy (am in 40's) and not sure about wearing it with tights, what would I wear on my feet? In the summer I'd wear it with wedges, converse etc, but not sure which way to go now. Any ideas?

Omg brill I came on to say just that it's gorgeous in real life a really nice 70's blue denim I love it just a bit too long for me but it's stunning!

I wore my new one with a fairly tight polo neck sweater, opaque black tights and clog boots on Saturday.

I am 46, and felt quite stylish, and not at all frumpy, even up in London.

Half a mo- just checked again on my phone and it showed the 16 as being in stock. Still out of stock on the iPad though

Anyway, have ordered it and am crossing fingers that it actually arrives and doesn't look shite.
